Seriously. If one is feeling too precious to hear the salacious details of this case (and believe me, the defense has just gotten started), this case is going to drive folks 'round the bend.

The defense team has drawn a line in the sand from day #1. This case, according to them, is about "dirty little secrets," sex, more sex, even more sex, and describing every type and style of sex. The defense doesn't want this to be about consenting adults; they want to create an impression of coercion and force, escalating in abuse in which an adult woman was 'forced' to stab T.A. 27+ times and shoot him and slice his throat.

This is all they have, folks. They have no evidence of actual abuse so down in the gutter they go. By focusing on sex, sex, and more sex, they expect the jury and the public to forget about the real issue here--a brutal murder that has no legal justification. They are the ones crawling around in the gutter. This was their choice!

I'm still not over it.... Hangs head in shame..... at flashbacks of my 75 yr old mommy stuffing dollar bills down a greased up dude.

But that seems to be ok.

I really dont understand why anyone is defending JA and her character or lack of I should say.

If it walks like a duck.......quacks like a duck..leaves a trail of duck feathers .........its a duck.

She has lined up some of her sexual trists for two days in her drama-rama.

We know she went on to dry hump Ryan hours after murdering Travis.

We also were told that a married man was in a vehicle with her for two hours and was going to leave his wife and children.

Abe said she told him she didnt wear the traditional morman magical panties but the magic was inside her panties.

She is what she is.

Promiscuous could be Jodi Arias' middle name.

IMO

Promiscuity is not the issue, though. What some folks consider promiscuous other folks consider nobody else's dammed business ;)

The pseudo-sexual encounter with a new guy right after the slaughter she inflicted on Travis is very telling about her nature, though, I think.

I don't think there is a thing wrong with magic in someone's panties. Honestly, I thought that was a cute response :D

It's not about the kind of sex she had with him or how quickly, other than what it shows about how she was trying to use it to manipulate him due to her psychopathy, imho.

I am not talking about the defense. What they are doing/have to do is a given. I'm referring to the posts here constantly acting like pre-teens/teens, repeating over and over again the positions, et. al. I felt that WS'ers were more mature than that!

I don't know if you've ever noticed this or not, but in every case, when something occurs in the courtroom, at least 30 people or more will each type exactly the same thing. It's like an echo in the forum. It happens in every thread. Whether it's a talking head, or a witness in a courtroom, or an attorney, if something salacious or quotable is said then everyone feels compelled to post it. Even when there's a verdict, 50 people will type the verdict. So naturally when the subject of the case is sex, and you have the same kind of behavior in which masses of people comment on the same exact thing, it's going to look like nothing but sex is being discussed.

I think that gives us the right to point out the utter absurdity and laugh.

Dr. Drew just stated that he has a great bs meter.:floorlaugh: He believes that Jodi is telling the truth.

"With respect Dr. Drew, I don't think anyone has an accurate BS meter when it comes to a sociopath"

Yes I may just go there too.

You know over here misandry is very much in existence. There's a drug store commercial that paints men as being clueless and ill-prepared when it comes to having pain relief to hand.

It may seem silly but my husband is also a male mental health nurse who has it implied almost daily by female co-workers as a man he couldn't possibly understand, comprehend, or empathize the way a woman can. Or worse, he is not capable of his job because of his gender.

I cannot tell you how many conversations I've had with women while they were simultaneously dressing down their spouse, mocking his ineptness, clumsiness, stupidity even, without any regard to my standing there.

Just an observation from this side of the pond.

I hate many commercials we have here. They make the men look like buffoons..inept and idiots. Whether it is a father, husband, single guy etc. And the women are protrayed as the wise ones who knows it all. What a biases bunch of crock.

When in fact through my lifetime some of the best people I have ever known are excellent husbands, fathers and single guys who are great.

I find many of our commercials demeaning to men.

I have a mission for KatieCool:

While in the courtroom, scope out the button for the anti-escape stun belt that JA has to wear and give it a little push, or two. :giggle:

We need help, don't we? One of us has it right. It was a hard day. :blowkiss:

You had it right. My apologies. My head is spinning trying to separate the truth from the lies. And the whole time I'm cussing Nurmi for asking all these questions that have absolutely nothing to do with her needing to defend herself from Travis.

Geez…she moved to Mesa to be near him. She carried on with him for months. She stayed in contact with him by phone, email, etc. She could have ended it at any time. But, no, she traveled over 1100 miles to make sure that if she couldn't have him, no one would. My heart goes out to his family and friends.

Ok, my brain is addled. Can someone clear this up for me?

When Jodi was talking about Travis meeting her at Starbucks and then they decide to go to a park, what did he do with Napolean? Didn't she say that he had his doggie on a leash with him? Or am I nuts?

Jodi said the dog was in Travis' car, Travis had the air on and windows rolled up. Jodi and Travis was in Jodi's car.

I took your lovely screen capture then added some flourishes of my own, then decided he belonged as a mascot in the AZ seal. I was inspired !

grammie, I'm curious as to how you feel the testimony is being received by males. Not picking, I really would like to hear what you ladies are thinking about this

Perhaps I can give some insight :seeya:

Oh I didn't feel you were picking :-) I did answer you in another post, I would like very much to hear what a male thinks of what she said.
