When someone's agenda is self-promotion versus being a voice for justice, it has a way of becoming obvious and evident. In Session/TruTV prefers ex-lawyer types as on-air personalities. If she has no legal background she's shopping herself at the wrong network. BTW, I heard that from Beth herself! I met her and chatted for about half an hour when she was attending the Jason Young trial. She was a lot of fun to talk to.

As of now she is charged with first degree premeditated murder and felony murder.

But from what I have read lesser included charges will be added.

So she isnt going to walk anywhere except back into a cell.

I don't think lesser includeds will necessarily be added. Only if there's evidence to support them, and so far there's not. Usually in a self defense case, there's really no evidence of an alternate murder theory.

She's aggressive and has an agenda. She basically wants Beth's job. Not Beth's job per se but she wants that kind of job. SHe just told the story of how WE were sitting outside the courtroom and Travis' family burst out of the courtroom. She wasn't "standing there" alone. She was sitting right next to me.

Girlfriend might have to be introduced to my triple Scorpio tomorrow night. Just to claim my territory. She's pushy. But she's no match for me I'll tell you that. I know what I'm dealing with now.

She's unemployed so will be at court every day.

That thing she just said about the hands was something I said at Happy Hour last night...to her and the others at the table.

I'm going to just focus on the victim family posture from here on out. She has no place to compete with that.

She is the best, and she has been the best since OJ. You don't just walk into a job like Beth's. Beth was a successful prosecutor for a number of years in one of the busiest districts in New York. She's not just a talking head -- she is a lawyer and very smart and brings a very insightful legal analysis to these trials.

that's funny! I do NOT like that "I fear the jury is buying it' deal. Honestly I think she may have crafted that thinking it would "sell" better. She was SO FAR away from the jury. I was directly in front of them unobstructed. Yet she obsesrved all these things I NEVER saw. Just consider she's rehearsed everything she's saying....again, she's auditioning.

lol....well the thing is I do kind of like her. She would make a good commentator I think.

BUT I don't like murder trials being used for hidden agendas...unless those are serving the family in some way.

I actually think she is very pretty. She reminds me of someone, can't think of who though... reporter or actress. But, it's apparent that she is taking this opportunity to show herself off. I am selfish and would rather listen to you though :great:
