That picture is probably around 2006 or so, and the guys (Bobby, Victor, Mario) are wearing "Team Renew" logos.

(Background for those who don't know - Team Renew is the name of Chris Hughes's downline in PPL. Chris and Sky Hughes are the mentor couple who were in the 48 Hours special -- the friends of Travis who warned him about Jodi and ultimately told him he needed to stop seeing her.... when he didn't, they kinda disowned him; they cut ties with him and said they didn't want Jodi around their kids, etc... )

Victor is wearing a burgundy colored shirt. Same Victor, same shirt, as in the "Chicken Dance" video where Travis is dancing and being silly.

This was a PPL event... maybe in Utah? Maybe the one where Jodi met him??? (Do we know???)
But we have Travis doing the chicken dance at a PPL event with Victor dancing by his side, and possibly Bobby dancing too.... WTH - 2 Bobby's and 2 Victor's (not to mention the bizarre coincidence that she dated a Victor Arias and Travis' middle name just happens to be Victor) ???

So, either Jodi knows several guys named Victor & Bobby and this is the biggest coincidence of all time
OR
she lied on the stand *IF* these are the same Victor and Bobby we heard ALL about. It definitely would conflict with her story about Victor being in Costa Rica, and Bobby being the teenage fling or whatever......since they are sporting Chris Hughes' Team Renew clothing!

Oh, and the Mario in the pic of Jodi with the guys... Sure looks like the same Mario appearing in a pic with Chris Hughes and Travis, captioned "My mentors" on Travis's myspace.

While I am getting all my thoughts out - here is another one........ remember how she pointed out the way her father mocked fat people and her mother when she gained a little weight and how she thinks her mother is a size 10 (not, IMHO!) well, does anyone else smell an eating disorder diagnosis coming as one more layer of sympathy?????? Another 'effect' of this 'lifelong abuse' ???

Not sure what her point was to bring into testimony that DB had alcohol problems. First she admitted to having sex with DB prior to their first date. Later she states there was no sexual activity that they just worked together and they did not have sex unti they went on their first date. So that is inconsistent.

Jodi claims she and DB stopped having sex when they broke up. She then said they broke up on Thursday and she had sex with Travis on Saturday. To me Darryl's testimony was that they stopped having sex months before she went to the convention. I would think a man would know that. Plus she was still living with the man, tells him "okay we're done" specifically so she could jump onto Travis. I hope the jury sees her for what she is. Something better came along and she was "out of the gate." She certainly wasted no time.

I think the reason she will not admit she was aware of the Mormon religion was to excuse her behavior. She describes him as pursuing her but we can see she was actively pursuing him big time. Darryl wasn't pulling his weight it was time to move on. Love had nothing to do with it. Jodi makes it clear she has no idea what love really is.

And, IMO, the reason they bought the house was not for her to break into the real estate market, Darryl said the plans were not to "flip" the house as Jodi slipped in her tetimony. I believe Darryl wanted to house so his son could come live with him. Even Jodi mentioned that. She makes the house sound as if it was all her idea. She's working for a pizza restaurant and she had plans to buy DB out, right.

These are some of the things I've been thinking. Besides the obvious sin of having killed TA, just the wake of destruction in this girl's path is unbelievable. I don't think there's a guy in the world that can't feel for Darryl.

That guy took the stand, after getting the concession that his face not be shown, not for his protection, but that of his son. Then one of the first things he says is "I was in love with her". I don't think he lied about that.

Now here she is stabbing this guy not only in the back but in the heart as well. Her destruction continues.

This woman is just devoid of any conscience.

This is a timeline by David Lohr. Someone probably posted here at some point. I just came across it and wanted to share.

A couple of interesting e-mails to/from Arias and Travis.

I don't remember these or any e-mails coming up in the trial so far, but maybe I am forgetting.

Thanks for the link, Linda. That is a helpful summary (but I noticed he has an error right at the beginning. JA did not live in Yreka when she met Travis. I think she was living in Palm Desert with Darrell; or Monterey; in either case, she was living with her boyfriend, not her grandparents.

I haven't watched all of the trial, missed yesterday, but I had not yet heard of those e-mails (or any) being read/shown in court.

During rebuttal he could be called back because their testimonies are different. Not sure RM can just use his previous testimony to impeach Jodi. Both JM and Flores are writing at a heartfelt pace so I think they are catching her lies and from the looks of it they have pages. jmo

I heard this part of the testimony on the radio so I missed her demeanor, but it was really bizarre. She was saying that after she gave him oral, he refused to kiss her on the lips (HE SAID because it was gross--ya think??) and instead kissed her on the cheek.

It sounded like she was making a mountain out of a molehill, almost upset that he wasn't romancing her after "using her for sex". Which seems to be her twisted distortion of reality. But seriously, yuck. Who would want a kiss in that moment??

Probably someone like the type of person who Jodi said wrote the letters to her and she tried to pass off as Travis. Another inconsistency. jmo

Disgusting! I’m not disgusted with the type of sex JA had, I think it’s disgusting that JA was allowed to sit up there and go on and on into such detail about her sex life with Travis and act as though she were an innocent young person being forced to do these things for the first time. I may be wrong but I believe it will take only one juror to set this monster free.
