Any clue where the DT is headed with this? She was apparently already experienced in three forms of sexual contact before she met TA. Just how do we get from willing partner to abused?

If they were claiming temporary insanity I'd understand the testimony but now I'm lost.

Not only was she willing, but according to two other witnesses, she was sexually "aggressive". And now we're supposed to believe her when she says that Travis was the the aggressive one here, that she was just an innocent, inexperienced little school girl, just went along with it because she didn't want to make him feel "rejected"? :what: This woman had been shacking up with men since she was in her teens, I'd say she's been around the block a few times.

I also have to say that I can't believe that the prosecution is allowing this. Even Nancy Grace says it is "objectionable", that is, if he objects. I just really, really hope and pray that he has a plan.

I have never really followed a trial like this before, other than OJ -- when I was on maternity leave and Court TV was still on and airing the whole trial.

A poorly prepared (and inept) prosecutorial team.

Jason Young was never expected to testify FWIW. They'd made no provisions and when he took the stand they were totally unprepared to cross him. JMO

This was from his first trial, which was declared a mistrial
His testimony from the first trial was played for the jurors in his second trial, he did not take the stand in the second trial.
He was convicted, he is now serving life in NC prison.

my hope is that Raven Abaroa will join him there soon.

Yes, he was convicted. He killed his wife (drove hours home to do it while he was on a business trip)

He had TWO trials... first hung and second convicted.

Jason Young's lying style sucked. He was not good at it. I can still picture and hear him in my mind. Worst.actor.ever.

So glad he is locked away forever (assuming his appeal will fall flat).

People think it's weird but it's not, it's kind of what we are known for, but we are not known for our shakes like strawberry, chocolate and vanilla in the silver iced tall shake holders like Bob's Big Boy is, some of us go there on Friday's to have a shake because ours are not as good. But the Bob's Big Boy people come to my Denny's for breakfast at 3:00pm because you can do that at Denny's.

He's managed to either flip or at least seriously mitigate every defense witness. I think the more Jodi talks the more doors are opened to both cross and rebuttal. He honestly is the best prosecutor I've seen in action.

All seriousness aside, as someone mentioned, the whole defense (Jodi included) are pulling this charade/last ditch/Hail Mary to keep the witness on the stand through the week.

Don't worry about the clock, I have an eye on that. If I need to, I'll point out to the judge when we should take a break. You just keep talking. It ain't like it's gonna kill you or anything".
