Jodi seems to be very turned off by smokers in her testimony.
When she returned her rented car from budget, they remarked that the car smelled like smoke.
Does anyone think she'll try to throw someone under the bus in aiding her kill Travis?
The defense is making sure the jury knows that Jodi detests smoke/smokers.
Just trying to figure out the route they are going with all this.
I'm not a REAL old timer but check my thread in my siggy. My brother's uncle in law, killed my brother and his niece Lisa(brother's wife), in cold blood. He pleaded NG & testified.
She seemed 'cross-eyed' at times. Did anyone else notice that? Very strange.
Maybe jodi is going to use the I smoked weed and was out of my mind
Agreed!
And with her words, she's also attempting to take down as many people, and their reputations as she can. Interesting that DarrylB seems to be getting off relatively easily - I'm sure she could slim him royally along with all the others. She seems to be treating Darryl with relative kid gloves. JMO
One source of irritation to me is the media circus sideshow and the discussion content of all the expert talking heads. Most of these people strut in front of the camera and pretend to be profound. In Session correspondents are particularly annoying since a lot of their observations are merely blather - legal babble. I am also surprised that these commentators frequently fail to grasp the obvious (Grace included). The comments about jury personal behavior are frankly pure rubbish. These discussions are just empty calories and pretty much a waste of the viewers time. Beth Karass views about a juror leaning forward with eyes wide open are about as enlightening as a janitors opinion regarding the quality of trial transcription ie essentially worthless.
Does anybody else get this impression???

I think the two smells would be different,I HOPE some one looks into that,I caught that right away....Maybe it was smoke from burning her clothes somewhere.
Why can't she be called up to the stand while the jury is in?
