I think she will have to describe the "attack" to justify her killing him 3 times, otherwise some jurors may think (horrors!!) that she over-reacted just a tad. She's got to lead up to why his actions made her so scared -- her early life at home (belt, spoons, etc.) the emotional cruelty TA used on her so often & how it got worse & worse, although he was hundreds of miles away. Once the life-battle got started, it all came back to her in some roaring nightmare & she just couldn't stop.

She has got to explain it & she must start telling now how his bullying & belittling her made him a near-monster at the end.

Or, she could have some trembling fit & swoon & pass out.

I really wonder if it wasn't a mistake to have the two women with history of domestic violence booted from the jury? Because seriously a lot of survivors here would convict her based on her testimony.

She hasn't helped herself or her case at all in my opinion. In fact she's making it worse. Juan's gonna have a field day with her.

Hate to tell ya but in this day and age of technology, in a long distance relationship, asking for sexy pictures of the person you are engaged in a sexual relationship with is not all that unusual.

This prude act is disgusting!! She had done pretty much everything with guy after guy. I think Travis asked - or mentioned - some of these requests because of all the things she had told him about former boyfriends (and the things she had done with them). She brought out this side of Travis, not the other way around.
