I'm going to admit that Jodi scares the living hell out of me. I've watched a lot of trials and have seen a lot of psychopaths in action.

She's a very common psychopath but it never fails to terrify me just how inhuman they really are. Especially considering the brutality, premeditation, and cover-up in this case.

You're feelin' it too, eh? I was just reflecting that it's rare for me to follow a case and feel total and utter contempt for the defendant. Confusion and anger are common but not outright hatred.

I can barely stand the sound of her voice anymore. The way she sharply ends each word with a "K" sound or "ch" sound is like fingernails on a chalkboard for me. There is something aggressive even in the way she pronounces words to me.

Me too, Katie. It is starting to make my blood pressure rise. I mean it is really getting to me. I really should step away. Today I will be grateful for lunch, and that the day doesn't start til 10:30.

I am curious if it has this effect on you hearing her in person. BTW, can you hear her all the way into the gallery? I guess there is a good PA system, seems like a high tech courtroom.

IMO, I think she has slipped up quite a few times and if Juan can find some of the people she referenced or something to prove she totally lied while on stand, that would be huge. I think she already lied quite a few times.

Hopefull Juan can prove she lied under oath already.

You're right. She's giving him a treasure trove of material. I think he'll do well with his demeanor and I also think he'll find a way to get her angry which will be huge and invaluable to the jury.
