If it wasn't so disgusting (in an angry meaning, not the topic being disgusting/gross), I would just have to laugh at this.

Really? What is the sex tape going to prove? They had "verbal" sex, they probably used dirty words (a lot of people do during phone sex, hello!), and gee, I bet they both participated in the conversation.

OMG! We know they were having sex (oral and anal, at least) in person, is phone sex supposed to be WORSE than that??? And if he called her, oh, I don't know, b*#%$, cU#*, a wh*(#...during phone sex...it doesn't mean he sees her as one...a lot of people do that during phone sex and actual sex.

What is this going to prove to the jury?

IMO, Jodi made that sex tape because she was already planning to murder him and that was going to be her token to remember him by....or she knew she might use it against him after his death.

Jodi has totally convinced me that she rightfully deserves the Death Penalty. She should have stopped talking when I was still considering LWOP, but now I want to see her get the needle not in a few years, but tomorrow.

Notice when she described Deanna that her lips get real tight. Definitely an involuntary facial reaction. Her lips literally tighten and get very thin, the way you do when you're angry and taking through clenched teeth.

There is evidence right there of the emotional reaction she has to her perceived competitors.

I just can't listen to it anymore. I'm altenately disgusted and furious. For my own peace of mind I've turned it off. I'm going to have to depend on you guys.

I keep hoping one thing when it comes to deliberations. When I was on a jury, they said that if you think a trial witness is lying when they testify, you as a the juror have the right to disregard some *or all* of their testimony. If I was in that jury room, I would refuse to believe a single thing she's said. She's lied too many times where the lie is not in dispute. I hope that prevails.

I still think there's no way she's getting the DP because she's female and young and "sweet" (note the quotes). But I'm praying for a conviction on 1st.
