I love how she is smiling at the jury explaining how she went to visit Travis in the middle of the night.\

why is she smiling and laughing?

She is so full of ... it

Seriously. Does she ever, in her whole adult life, stay home on the weekend? When does this girl clean her house, do her laundry, do yard work etc?

All the way back to Bobby, she goes away to hang out on the weekends. What a life.

And let me tell you, being in the restaurant business the MOST money to be made as a server is on the weekends and at night. She works the lunch shift? Graveyard shift? How did this girl- now during this time, when we know by her testimony she is broke and living paycheck to paycheck, how is she driving to and fro... eating out... going to starbucks, and buying clothes?

UNBELIEVABLE!

ETA ooops Bobby, not Booby... well, maybe....

Was Travis happy to see you?

PUGS do not have a loud bark......been verified by my police dept when someone thought our dog was being obnoxious...(it wasn't ours)----they don't bark loud.......they do however think they are powerful and can handle anything....

The Love Sacks?

Oh good grief. Now she's going to discuss another sexual experience where she wasn't satisfied, but participated willingly.

There should be a time limit on testimony, I mean 3 days seems quite reasonable. Enough is enough.

They are not going to limit her and Juan does not want them to...the more she talks the more there is to trip her up on it is considered foolish to take the stand and so Juan will be as patient as possible, objecting evry once in a while

Yep, she acts like she is at a pajama party telling secrets to the girls.

The interesting thing to me is she is not lying ENOUGH - yet. I can see why another poster said her husband was sympathetic. She looks like she was gullible (as she is currently posing) but she does not look abused. This is very interesting to me. I mean, if you are going to lie, why not lie all the way? Through dad under the bus more, through Travis under more (with actual abuse).

It seems to me that perhaps she does feel she is describing actual abuse - as a narcissist would. Being ignored, not being cherished - all fatal wounds to a narcissist - worse than abuse. Perhaps for her, this story is more than enough to justify the end.

Just thinking out loud. Of course, she could add more abuse on the actual day of the murder, but, so far, all the testimony has shown that TA stopped when any girl (including her) said to stop. He never hit anyone. At most, if we assume some truth, he used her. No abuse, no ongoing abusive relationship. She willingly gave to many others and he was next in line. He was no worse than Darryl who was 20 years older and did the same things with her. It's just that Darryl didn't try to leave first. As I am seeing it, that is the abuse she is alleging. He didn't cherish her.

Interesting from a psychological standpoint (at least to me).

Interesting hypothesis.
However JA needs some kind of framework which she can then embellish in order to suit her purpose. Naturally she could wing her way towards complete fabrication where her entire testimony is mendacious fantasy. She is actually more credible by weaving nuggets of truth into her story.
In this way the story “sort of” rings true but the details might be suspect. Also JA needs to have a truthful scaffold in order to withstand the coming cross exam. A lot of her recollections are probably semi accurate and verifiable. Her “spin” of the events cited are misleading and false.

The abuse she is claiming is “psychological abuse”. She is claiming to be manipulated and unwittingly corralled into TA’s “trap”.
