Jodi is constantly comparing the public behaviors of others and obviously wanted Travis to behave in this manner and be openly "affectionate" with her. Very controlling, manipulative behavior on her part - she expected him to behave the way that she wanted. She seemed to be pizzed about so many of Travis' behaviors, but they didn't discuss it? Instead, she stewed inside and ended up murdering him.

Does anyone recall Travis's friend, who said he'd joke about sex a lot. This friend stated that Travis once sent a married woman a "joke" text that said "I want to get you pregnant." I wonder if this is the same lady.

I have the feeling that Jodi isn't physically capable of getting pregnant. Blessings from God, IMO.

She has been sexually active for years, with several lovers, she doesn't appear to be the most responsible person, and we have heard nothing of abortions.

Therefore, I believe that she has never been able to get pregnant.

When she said in testimony, that Darryl at one point has said he wanted another child... then Jodi quickly said that they never tried- I think she was lying- that is exactly what she was doing and hadn't been successful. MOO again.

if I were Juan, I would ask Jodi what her definition of "official" is and then I would show the clip of her saying to flores that they had an open relationship and didn't discuss whom else they were dating.

I want Juan to ask her what her definition of flirting is. I'm thinking it's somewhere along the lines of being the nice, funny, quick guy everyone knew him to be. I imagine when JA saw Travis flirt with waitresses he was being a normal, friendly pleasant human being. Something she knows nothing about. Her irrational jealousy fangs probably came out. It was probably completely foreign to her that someone could genuinely enjoy interacting with people.

I think "flirting" to her is not what flirting is to most reasonable people.

The references to 'flirting with another woman' at the convention really did it for me. No matter if I believed this whole testimony, if I were a juror I would now be positive of the motive. Jealousy!! :furious:

I think that is exactly what he's doing. I was saying this to my husband last night, if you sit there for 3 days (or longer), would you feel like you 'knew' her and wouldn't be as willing to give the DP? I don't know.

Does that make Nurmi a good lawyer? or bad lawyer for boring us to death? I'm not sure.

She is much more relaxed now.
But really how long can they do this? And why do we have to listen to her little side stories? I don't care it was night time or what they ate. I sure would like to know how the jury is reacting to all this droning on...and on...and on. I find myself spinning around in circles in my chair now, counting the minutes till the court break, and groaning out loud as this is so MIND NUMBING. How the jurors are restraining themselves...must be quite the challenge...zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz. To think I was anticipating her testimony!
