Is there any way to verify what type of cell phone Travis had in 2006, 2007, and 2008? Can we also verify the features of the cell phone to see if the phone could take and send photos?

Can the image that Jodi says Travis sent to her be forensically verified? Don't images have some sort of background watermark that can be electronically traced back to its original source?

Good point -- it's been said by mothers & grandmothers for decades & decades to their daughters...

I still maintain that Jodi would sneak in his house -- the door was always unlocked, according to one of his boarders, or she would sneak in via the doggy door -- and she would crawl in bed with him during the night, get him "started," and then what would any man do? I just think that's what she did, and I think that's how she got him started on the road to sexual encounters. It's the only talent Jodi had -- and by the time she met him, she was a life-master at it. He was prime for the picking, poor soul.

No competition! Just confusion! Her name really IS Katie. My posting name is Katie! It's crazy!

No, I like her. She IS trying to get a job out of this. And she just might. Dr. Drew really likes her so she's going to kind of be the "Drew's Jury" regular and have different people on there with her.

I spent more time with her today and her heart is in the right place regarding this trial. I made a subtle comment about it's iimportant to not be too perky. Just cuz I needed to say something out loud (I said it to someone else in a conversation we were all in together hoping she'd take it in).

I think it's ok she's trying to get a job out of this and still "report" from the gallery. There's a place for everyone. I was asked back on next week and #*#^#$ I will be working out of town. But I'll be asked back when I get back. I swear Jodi might still be on direct exam at this pace.

I just hope hope hope to get to see Juan cross her when I get back. Please please please....:please:

The katie/katie controversy is confusing...just call me katiecoo how's that?

Jodi keeps referring to Travis keeping his distance from her around the others. I believe that is what he was suppose to do and my guess has been doing all his dating life. Aren't they not suppose to show affection in public? I think it is Jodi who totally jumped into a situation she was not prepared for. Also she speaks well, uses those big adult sized words in their proper context so why is it she did not know the meaning of chastity? I think the definition is pretty clear. jmo

In addition, it is wonderful to read of your interactions with Travis' friends. Again, my heart goes out to all of them.

My Court Update 2/6 Wed.

So I was sick in the morning and went in for the afternoon. I think I got so freaking boiling mad watching the testimony in the morning that it literally burned the fever out of my lungs because I feel much better now and did not cough in court at all.

I got there and we couldn't go in yet so i started chatting with a few of Travis' friends who have been attending (you would recognize them as they sit right behind the family). You've seen a woman with short greying hair sitting behind the family. Well she basically took me under her wing and asked me to sit next to her so that's what I did. She introduced me to Tanisha today who turned around and held and squeezed my hand for a long time, thanking me for coming and being there for them and other sentiments. I'm glad my presence is appreciated and taken in the spirit I'm intending and hoping for.

I'm just going to go with my notes now. As you all know what a boring continuation from "The Jodi Arias Story" today was.

Since when did calling someone "Pollyanna" become an insult?

Since when are sparkly hearts "suggestive"?

She keeps accidentally finding herself in all these men's private email /internet accounts with backspacing and whatever other ways she "accidentally" finds herself there (via her extensive cyberstalking and password stealing).

She's "a little disturbed" to see an email where she claims T was trying to hook up with a married woman.

Ok those are my notes.

After court some of us gathered in the hall--T's friend I was sitting with, Dr. Drew producer, the other katie, Elisha (who sat next to me in court) and Shana Hogan who is writing a book on this case. We all went to this amazing rooftop bar at the hotel around the corner and sat outside on this gorgeous evening and had some refreshments and a couple of hours of great conversation (and pictures of course haha...by the way Elisha is an accomplished photographer--she also told me how Jodi had creeped up on her at the memorial service and knew all this stuff about her).

I learned that there is a whole LOT more stalking info detailed on the police report that Shana has. I'm blanking on what she said right now but it will come back to me. Her book should be good. She has her heart in the right place and it's as much a tribute to travis as a true crime book. We all need to get it. (duh)

I learned that the woman Jodi described today who was "drunk" and hanging all over Travis is one of his very good very long time friends. Never ever any flirting or romantic anything...just good friends who were joking around. No one believes she was crying in a bathroom stall.

The best part of the day was that sharing on the rooftop.

Elisha is a very sweet very spiritual person (of course I drank wine AND coffee with these LDS people....oh brother, meaning to myself!). Travis friends are very warm and loving and friendly people just as you would imagine.

Oh and to the other Kathy's (friend of Travii) friend who's out there lurking I send a :seeya:

It was fun to walk past her today and hear "hi katiecoolady". The cyber and real worlds colliding.

Thanks so much Katie. Can you imagine if JA is not found guilty of murder one how all these people would feel. I think the sheriffs office brought up secure areas today because they need to protect JA from being killed. There must be lots of people who would line up for the job....if it wasn't a crime. She is so fake on stand. And what awoke that she is under oath! If found guilty could they file a perjury charge? You know, just to add on to her felonies. She is horrible. I cannot wait for JM.

Someone said that on DD, Elisha said she has not really seen Jodi except at the trial. He must have asked how well she knew JA.. But you said JA went up to her at the memorial service. I have to wonder. When Jodi was arrested and she had knives and a gun in the rental car that she was planning to leave in, was she headed to kill another person TA was close to? Just sayin...

Hi, LambChop. Travis has a large, close circle of friends, many of whom he had known for more than a decade. That Jodi would not feel an instant fit in such a close-knit group is not surprising and is really not a reflection on Travis.

Oh! One more thing. Just right before the very last segment of testimony which ended up being what a half an hour, Juan Martinez walked up to the family and pulled them in to a little huddle together at the front and talked to them for a long time then they sat down and had small smiles. Not sure what that was about but it was nice to see.

I'm not buying her virtuous act for a second, and neither is the jury!

IMO the sex occurred because she's the sexual aggressor .... And there is nothing wrong with that.... Just own it! Oh but wait... That doesn't fit her virginal goody two shoes routine she's trying to fool everyone with, Pollyanna my butt!

Katiecoollady, why did Beth Kara's and JC of IS say the jurors were taking LOTS of notes and sitting up in their seats and attentive to JA today? Gosh, do they just lie for ratings? I think I hate the media now.

Yes the one thing she states she wasn't getting from Travis. Romance. Didn't save and treasure that letter (cuz it only exists in her mind). Saves all the sex pics and calls. She is so transparent :furious:
