I'll bet Juan is all over this situation right now and there's a task force assigned to this stolen laptop. Not exactly sure how it would work but any "new" information the defense receives pertaining to Dr. Demarte's potential testimony and/or communication from anyone in JA's circle to her attorneys will be sniffed out by Mr. Martinez. If there's any dirty business going on and the defense DARES to benefit from it, Juan and Det. Flores and the authorities will make everyone involved pay big time.

Why on earth would the DA have the penis pic as evidence? IMO, those fingers are clearly non-Caucasion..the penis looks Caucasion to me. When I saw the pic I thought it was a pic of two men...what does that have to with the defence?

No found on Travis's computer. Didn't I read that there was photos found on Jodi's? What about Travis's cell phone? hmmm? I bet not...BOMB SHELL...I'm going to speculate here.

Going by what Katiecoolady said with JM talking to Travis's family and them sitting back, smiling.

I know this is a jump, but I'm jumping...I bet JM will have evidence to prove that today's vile photos (and the letter Jodi will produce and the valentine 'gift' and shirt and a few other letters) are all FAKE!

This is why JM allowed the photos to stay on the large screens in the court room and why the side discussions before hand and the discussions with the family and consoling and so on....it ALL MAKES SO MUCH SENSE! He is about to kill her charade!

Is there any way to verify what type of cell phone Travis had in 2006, 2007, and 2008? Can we also verify the features of the cell phone to see if the phone could take and send photos?

Can the image that Jodi says Travis sent to her be forensically verified? Don't images have some sort of background watermark that can be electronically traced back to its original source?

Seems that Mr Juan Pitbull Martinez would have vetted this matter. If the pix not authentic, maybe on cross he'll call her out on it. But maybe the exif data synchs with TAs phone so he just accepts this as a "so what" thing.

The photo of the large "organ" is supposed to show the jury that Jody was physically injured by Travis.......even though she voluntarily participated over and over and over.

Not only that, but the defense team would not, imo, try or be able to get them entered into evidence unless they had laid the foundation and authenticated them and/or knew that they could. Especially since there was a side bar about them. jmo

Katiecoo....Have you heard any gossip on why JC is so pro-Jodi? WTH is wrong with her?

I know Katiecoolady already addressed this but as someone who was trying to follow the case only on TV this time; and having watched her for a long time - I think she often tries to present both sides or might even be assigned a side to take for TV purposes.
That said, I also have felt this week that her and other female talking heads are having an inner struggle with the ice-ball chance that any mistreatment of JA might have occurred because they are all strong pro-women's rights ladies. For example, these are ladies who would knock a person over for saying, "Well look how she was dressed, she was asking for it" --- if talking about say a rape victim. So again, just my opinion, but I see several of them having an inner conflict on defending women being treated proper and what they know and the facts.
