I've been doing my best to keep up with the boards since JA hit the stand, as I cannot tolerate the mind numbing prattle coming from the courtroom. I was just thinking about the drawings JA has produced since being locked up. Has any of her artwork created BEFORE the murder been sold? Aside from what she did in highschool. I'm just wondering if she pursued art while she was wafting in and out of these relationships.
I know she considered berself a "photographer", but the lions share if her photos are of berself, Travis, orherself and Travis.
My theory is that she did not take herself seriously as an artist until her options were limited by jail. Before that her art was grasping at relationships.
I don't know why I care, I guess I'm eternally shocked that she won't honestly own her behavior out of compassion for Travis' family---and I know I don't believe the "poor , abused, artist-waif" defense.
How would the jury react if she just owned her behavior totally--and said I loved Travis' so much I didn't want him to live if I couldn't have him. O was furious at him for not wanting me, and furious at every girl he had anything to do with. I killed him because I wanted him to suffer like I suffered and I wanted to make it look like two people did it.
If she told the real truth, do you think the jury would show leniency and give her LWP?
