i just watched this on usa today - and i still don't get it - how is the judge letting it in, and how did the records become unsealed so the press could get their hands on them - none of this makes sense to me

He had defensive wounds. To me, that's fighting for his life, irrespective of Jodi's injuries or lack thereof.

Actually PINK Jodie Arias's ex boyfriend Darryl Brewer was on the trial stand and said they had quite alot of anal sex and something to the effect that JA really preferred anal sex...

Possibly.probably so BUT still the amount of defensive wounds to his hands suggests quite a battle, I know I would have put my fist through the other side of her pretty little face.

It seems to me that he tried to stop her the knife for entering his chest in the first attack (defence wounds on hands) .. then he became overwhelmed by the chest injuries and scrambled to the sink .. I imagine JA pretended to back of at this stage, and gave him the impression she wasn't going to continue .. then when he was bent over the sink coughing up blood she nailed him .. at which point he had no chance.

I would never, ever get into a car with anyone, even if they had a gun; if they were going to kill me, they'd do it then and there, I wouldn't allow them to take me from the scene.

But in my own home? Most people are there for a robbery and don't intend to kill anyone; it would be dumb of me, knowing this, to run at at the gunman. I would comply, because the chances of me coming out of it alive are much greater.

....I think it's very easy to claim what you would do in a given situation....let someone plunge a knife into your heart causing a mortal wound and we see how it goes....

I think for me, the bottom line is he tried to defend himself against an allegedly tiny woman and lost. Size doesn't matter. All the talk about him being bigger and male is moot; it didn't do him any good, sadly.

I know I'd have zero problem pulling a trigger. Practice makes perfect and I just love the shooting range....haven't been in many years. But that's like riding a bike

BBM: I think that is when she slowly and methodically and strategically stabbed him in the back repeatedly (and they are horrific wounds). BTW, I would never underestimate the damage that a .25 can do, up close and personal.
