Wow, I thought my day was ruined! Didn't read the threads over the weekend but prepped some meals so I don't have to cook for a few days, got all chores done and I go to the Trial section and everything was moved. I thought the whole thing was shut down!anic:

Also noticed that beth brought up our conversations here about Cameron Diaz wearing spiderman boy shorts. Perhaps she will talk about our fingers discussion as we brought that up on the radio program last night.

I apologize if this has already been talked about but....

I just woke up and heard Vinnie Politan saying on TruTV that the closed evidentiary hearing on Thursday was about Jodi claiming to have walked in on Travis with pictures of little boys spread out all over the bed pleasing himself. Jodi is apparently claiming that was the first time Travis became violent with her.

Vinnie is also saying those transcripts have been released by the judge now! :what: OMG, are they going to let this into trial? Vinnie says there is no evidence to corroborate this accusation by Jodi, just her word, and we can't rely on her lying tongue!

Hi all. I'm a newbie here but I have recently had an experience which sheds some light on the discussion about why the odor of decomposition did not alert the roomies.

Last December my neighbor in my apartment building died in her bed. I knocked on Monday morning to return some borrowed eggs and she was obviously ill--said she wanted to be left alone. I left town to babysit my grandchildren and received a call on Thursday to return immediately. They had just discovered my friend's body--alerted by the odor. The police were called and it took twelve hours for the coroner to arrive. A policeman was posted by the door.

This is California and our apartments are not air conditioned --this is the East Bay. With apartments side by side it took four days for the odor to draw attention. Half a day later the odor was detectable in the apartment underneath the victim as well. It got much worse between day four and day five when they finally removed the body.

With the roommates living on the other side of the house, I find their testimony consistent with my own recent experience.

Morning gang!

Do you thing JA intentionally put her license plate on upside down in order to get pulled over, so the cop could provide an alibi for her being in Utah?

My personal feeling is she turned her plate upside down so it couldn't be read by the many traffic cameras that are around Arizona. She FORGOT to change it back and got stopped in Utah. She may had HOPED Arizona LE wouldn't find out she'd been stopped because it was in a different state.

The reason I feel it was INTENTIONAL, she specifically told LE during one of the interviews something to the effect and not exact quote, 'you can check the traffic cameras and you won't find my license plate anywhere.' Can't recall exactly but it was something to that effect.

She used a different car so neighbors wouldn't recognize it, she dyed her hair so neighbors wouldn't recognize her, she turned the plate upside down so the rental car wouldn't be noticed by the plate number.

Those are just a few of the premeditation.

Good morning all Geesh it seems like it's been weeks, what a long weekend!

I have read as much as I could to try to keep up. I have read about JA's new story. I highly expect Jodi to say that she took any pictures, or external hd from the house, to protect TA's reputation. How else is she going to explain that there are no pictures or or anything on TA's computer, or in his house.

I hope that we get to see Juan get a piece of JA this week! I am not sure I can stand another week of just her babbling, I want to see him rip her a new one (which from pics we've seen, she could possibly use a new one )

Yeah and poor Travis if that was the first and only time he had seen "that" before.
