Wait a minute. If Travis taped her broken finger why would he tape it crooked? If anything, wouldn't it be permanently straight rather than permanently bent?

1:00 there so does that mean 3:00 EST? I always get confused on Arizona time

AZ time is 2 hours earlier than EST Between Nov and March. Its is 3 hours earlier from March (when you spring ahead) to Nov.

My computer has a multiple clock feature in the Date and Time bar - I have one set for AZ and one for NY because my mum and 1 of my kids is in NY. :)

Is Katiecoo in court this week?
I agree that she was angry hence the crying and it was something she was confronted with she didnt like.

IF the tape is played I hope they explain how it was recorded and why.
I personally wouldn't even know how to record anything from a phone conversation.

I'm thinking that they want to play the tape. D wants to play a snippet of the tape (you know the part that makes TA sound like a pedo) but Juan wants the whole tape played... JA is crying... "My whole family is in the court room...." I don't know why thats just what I think. I don't think a deal is in the works here.

That sounds plausible to me. She's too arrogant to plea. She must think the jury is lapping up her testimony. Whatever her tears are about, they're strictly pertaining to her and her image and advancing what's permitted as evidence. I'm thinking maybe she and her lawyers are in disagreement over how much to admit as evidence -- they realize they need to show the entire picture and she doesn't want her dirty involvement played.

Look how we all feel imagine the poor jury and they know so much less than we do. They have to be very lost

And angry. I know I have said this before, but I would be livid if I had put my life on hold for this trial and there were so few hours spent in court!:furious:

I only wonder what could possibly upset this woman that would make her look like she is truly crying??!! Barf!!

It has to be something about 'her' only.

  • #369
So basically, we get the jury back for what, 2 hours of testimony???? What a waste, a huge waste.

She said we're all coming to your place for lunch!!!!

I hope you like Brit's Kate's head roasted.

So, nothing to do except shove paper off my desk and see if it sails around in a chaotic pattern like paper so often does....

More fun than humans should be allowed.

Well naptime :offtobed:

I had to turn the sketti sauce off. The tomatoes were just popping so I'm sure it will still be hot, but I'll have to get it hot enough again. :sigh:

Yes -- they certainly are "smirky" :furious:

Speaking of JA's family ... her moma and aunt have been there all along, and now we are seeing her dad, her young brother, and her sister ...

WTH ? Why now are members of her family showing up ?

I know -- support -- but seriously, I wonder IF it is to "counter" Travis' Family and Friends who have been there since Day 1 !

KWIM ?
:moo:

It may be that they now have funds to pay for their stay in Mesa. The father is ill so I doubt if he drove 6 hours to get there. And he may need his other children around him at this time. I really don't think it is a timing thing. They know what she is capable of but the father looks destroyed and I'm willing to bet they are there more to support him. jmo

Perhaps Arias is upset knowing what today's testimony entails: phone sex and the killing...

I think either Defense wanted to plea down to LWOP and Juan said no way! - or they aren't allowing the tapes and without those she knows she's a goner. Jmho.

NOW we have something to compare it to when she pretends to cry. Quite a different look, isn't it?

I thought the same thing.

We now know for a FACT she hasn't been crying this whole time. TODAY was the very first time we saw REAL emotion from her.

To watch Defense Attorneys and Television Psychiatrist/Psychologist, MD's saying they believe her, they believe Travis did this and she is credible makes me feel only one thing.

I don't feel protected by them, I don't feel safe. Their ability to judge people is so far off they would fight for these people to be stroked and made whole again and returned home so they can heal.

And they are putting all of us and our families in danger. I would be worried if I were a wife or son or daughter of theirs that they have no judgment of danger and you are not safe around them.

Jodi did look like she's been crying for real. Stood there with her arms crossed over her chest in a protective stance. Something upset Jodi, it seems. She looked over towards her family, maybe longing to be out of jail, maybe wondering if they'll have chili without her.

Hahaha!! The chili bit in that post is crackin me up! :)

I wondered that too. My thought was it was more logistics with work, school, ect. My husband and I have to plan very carefully before we can both take time off at the same time. He's in sales so he gets paid commission and I get paid hourly so with us both off neither of us are making money.
