The playing of the sex tape was a bad move by the defense. Very bad move. Jodi appeared to lead the discussion to sex. She was more than willing to help facilitate the graphic language.

I'm by no means a prude but I admit I laughed out loud over her comments of "Your d---k is so hot. I love it. It's so smooth." Or some words to that effect. It was almost as if Jodi has watched enough to get some ideas of what to say, lol. Maybe I'm wrong but I don't think there are very many women who use some of the explicit sexual language she used. I'll try the penis comment out on my husband next time and see what reaction I get. That is if I can manage to without giggling too hard. :floorlaugh:

Seriously though, Travis came across as likable. He found a girl willing to be a star for him. He's a man, I'm sure he liked it. And he probably began to expect things to be like that. I think she used that to lure him. I'm willing to bet Jodie has a long history of using her sexuality to get men. If she didn't like things, she had the power to react differently to Travis (possibly changing the tone of the relationship) or quite simply leave. There was always the option to just walk away.

And I'm not judging her on the sex thing. Hey, get nasty freaky all you want as long as it's consenting adults. To each his own. It's your intimate moments. None of my business really. (Well, in this case not anymore)

I'm judging her on the fact that she's a proven liar. A manipulator. And a brutal murderess.

There is zero evidence to back up her claims.. NONE.

Guilty as charged.

Here are two almost identical pictures of Travis's face. The one where he is having his picture taken, he is clearly comfortable and his facial features are relaxed.

Then there's the shower picture. His eyebrows are drawn down over his eyes and his face looks tight and stressed.

Which takes me back to the same question I've had all along, why was he sitting in the bottom of the shower like that, if she hadn't forced him to do so? Plus, the photos that are in tandem with the Psycho movie right before this one. She had to be involved in those poses as well, IMO.

There's an artsy little movie that describes this relationship to a T! No murder in the end, though.

Secretary it stars James Spader and Maggie Gyllenhaal. It's S/M, but not violent. Even the tying her to tree in the forest scene. She works for him. He decides to break it off. She's not having it.

I saw that movie. I have been a Maggie G. fan ever since. If that movie describes TA and JA relationship then TA would have to be the James Spader character and it would blow apart TA's rep among his PPL associates and his church members.

I LOVE that movie! While I thought of the tied-to-a-tree-sex scene I didn't bring it up or make the comparison because it's about love and the tree-sex was a marriage scene.
