I saw that and when they first turned it on the brother in law was there and had his head down and looked like he was crying. The brother and brother in law left the room shortly. I wish they would turn it off. It's like spying on someone when they aren't expecting it.

In all fairness, everyone is smirking. I personally am getting a kick at watching Sam give her the "I'm calling bullchit" face. I think the judge is being fair.

Sam gets a free pass. Her brother was brutally I mean brutally butchered to death. And remember Jodi killed Travis in 2008. It's now Feb. 2013. Jodi has managed to drag this process out for YEARS!!!

All the siblings are tired of this and just want it to be over and for Travis to get the justice he deserves.

I am in no way trying to smear DB's name. What proof is there that the male voice is that of Travis, without a doubt! Has any voice analysis been done on the recording? That is what i heard.

I would think his own family would know, sitting there listening. I'm sure they heard this audio at least once before this.

Yes, TA's brother got up and the sisters are adjacent.

But there will be no audio, just the video feed which is usually the AZ state seal.

His family listened to the tape. I'm sure they were able to I.D. it. They had no objections to the tape being played. That's why court started at 1:00 P.M. yesterday, they got to listen to it before it was presented to the court.

Very very late last night, I located HLN on hotel tv and saw a little of Nancy Grace. Parts of the phone sex recording were played. I couldn't understand anything that was said, but I can tell you without a doubt that the male voice sounded like that of Darryl Brewer. When I heard the voice, what little I heard, I recognized almost immediately from hearing him on the stand. Anyone else hear the same? Thanks. BTW so glad to be home!

Travis' family listened to it before court started, if it wasn't Travis, I think they would have known it immediately. I'm confident the male voice on the tape was Travis.

I love his family for saying he was survived by his dog. That always makes me cry when I see it in obits.
