The bold part. Many times when they are offering a piece of evidence to be admitted to the record, the other side gets to voir dire the witness as to their knowledge of the item.

I'm no lawyer, so maybe a lawyer can explain it better. I've seen it done in many cases.

How many of you would still talk to someone (anyone), after they accused you of pedophilia?

I mean, all the tire-slashing, email-hacking, girl-friend threatening aside; would pedophilia be the last straw?

I don't know how it would be taken, as I'm female...but, the only thing I could even think of coming close to this (as a woman and a mother) is being called a "bad mom"....THAT would be it for me, and I'm sure quite a few other mothers. There is something about calling mothers "bad" that is just really inexcusable. Other than that, I just can not think of anything even close to the "pedophilia" accusation. Anyone agree?

The tire slashing would have been enough for me. Whether the person was a female friend or even a male friend, once they starte to damage property, that would be it BYE BYE FOREVER.

The pediophilia accusation alone would be another deal breaker. Way too serious of an accusation to allow that person to be anywhere near me.

I work at a very large telecommunications company, and if the message is still in the process of BEING sent, you can cancel it (though I think you'd have to be lightning quick to do it). It is easier to imagine doing that with a picture message, since they take longer to send.
