i believe it was speculated that she got there @ 4ish.. but why would travis need to use a proxy to browse if they were both sitting there using the computer? We know that Jodi liked to break into his emails etc. Can the proxy be used to do this without leaving any trace that someone was snooping in your business? They said someone was checking emails. What kind of emails? PPl related or personal like messages from other girls etc? It makes me feel like Jodi was there going through his computer that night while he wasn't around. I can be wrong tho but I don't know.

Maybe she asked him if it was ok for her to check her emails since she didn't have a chance during the drive--and she accesse the proxy so she wouldn't leave a record of her being there.

Hi Katiecoo! Sure missed your posts this week. I know you were working and in meetings. Testimony was actually disgusting and sickening. They really trashed TA. I am guessing JM may get to start his cross by Thursday next week. Hope you can be there. It is so nice to have someone in there who will tell us what the responses of the jury are and any tidbits.

Beth K did say yesterday that people in court were making jokes about JA's testimony and about JA in general, not believing her at all. What I don't get is her family and friends giggling and smirking all the time. Do they really think this is going well for her?

Looking forward to JM bringing the jury back to the issue: she slaughtered Travis.

Gus on HLN says Jodi called him at 3:30 a.m. the night of June 4 or 5, 2008. Jodi was hysterical, crying that Travis was dead. Gus asked Jodi if she was okay, and she said yes. Gus asked Jodi where she was and she said in Northern California. He asked her if she needed help/ride, and she said she was going to rent a vehicle. He asked her what happened and she said she didn't know.

Gus says he called the DA at sometime, but he obviously didn't call the AZ police to do a Well Being Check. Gus wants into this case one way or another.

I wouldn't be surprised if she met up with Gus and gave him the gun/knife to dispose off!! They are probably in or under his trailer!!

apologies for quoting my own post, but i want to add... there are friends comments to her photos going back 6 years (estimated accumulative time, no exact date(s) given) - however, maybe someone with a myspace can advise on whether or not myspace uses the last photo upload date as a time reference? and since "blondie" is the first photo, it may also have been the most recently uploaded, creating the date reference...? the additional comment ("but I'm not a blondie anymore, nope!") is so weird, imo.

I'll bet the witnesses--including ones who are hiding-- are terrified of Jodi.

These murderers do go free--we have all seen that with OJ and CA. Imagine being a person who testified against one of these two and then they're out on the street.

I think Travis was depressed because he was hitting 30, which is the end of the "normal" marriage phase for a Mormon male. At 31, he would be forced to leave the singles ward and would be going to church among all the families and a few single ladies. Family wards have Family Home Evening with their families--so no more cookies and status as a prime eligible bachelor would change. He would be one the ward members would ask about, "Why isn't a handsome, successful guy like that married?"

He's writing a book about success. He doesn't want to be seen as a failure and I think he was pretty much a straight and narrow guy until he met seductress Jodi Arias. Now this is just my opinion so don't get all upset, but I think he told Jodi he was going to go to the bishop and get his life straightened out. This would mean confession and naming her. He was effectively nullifying her plan of blackmail and his action would finger her and generate a meeting for her with her bishop.

She saw herself as losing everything if she lost Travis--her place at the winners table at PPL and her status as a Mormon convert. She had given up her relationship with Daryll for Travis and along with it the house which was going to launch her into the middle class. Now she has nothing and is back living with her grandmother. She spent all that time climbing the ladder of success via him and he "owed" her for these losses and so she was entitled to his car. All he had to say to lose his life was, "I'm calling the police."

Everything she did was for herself. She may have killed him to keep herself out of jail.

I personally hope she gets the DP. I know from my son that these famous killers enjoy celebrity in prison and have romance, attention and a whole prison culture at their feet. It makes me sick to think about her getting her attention- hunger fed after so brutally taking the life of a decent guy she seduced and then trying to paint him as abusive and a pedophile with her lies.

Your scenerio is quite plausible IMO. But I still think his blog on a gold digger was the final nail. He eluded to her and what she was all about. Jodi could imagine the gloves were off and Travis' threats, like going to his bishop, may be more than idle threats. IMO that was when Jodi decided Travis had to go.

Yesterday Jodi referred to Travis talking about sodomizing a little girl. She mentioned it in a kind of off-hand way, as if it was already something that had been testified about.

Was there testimony or evidence about Travis talking about sodomizing a little girl -- or where the heck did this come from?

Later when she was arrested, he thought LE should know that she said she was in NoCal when she called him, but he misunderstood that the killing had taken place days earlier.

Except that he still appears to be confused about when Travis was killed. As of this afternoon he is still assserting she called him the night of Travis's murderit is irresponsible and misleading for him to perpetuate these discrepancies. For someone who has a national platform--it is inexcusable for him to not have his facts straight.
