I apologize if this is an already-resolved issue, as I've only been following the case for a week or two, but about the license plate--could it have been upside down because she removed it entirely for the AZ part of the trip and then replaced it in the dark?

I guess I'm the only one who thinks she did it on purpose once she got to Utah. Of course she knew she'd get pulled over for it and then she would have a nice little paper trail and alibi proving she wasn't in AZ...that's my theory and I'm sticking to it! LOL!

If Jodi had Travis' email passwords she could have added his account on her own email at home. Especially if he had a gmail account .... like we use gmail for our work email and the 'gmail' part doesn't appear ... it goes [email protected] but it is gmail ... the weird part is that Travis didn't change his password once he noticed someone checking his emails.

I think that whole thing goes back to the tying to the tree bit along with the Little Red Ridding Hood thing. Somehow it all got put together to be a little girl fixation. The defense put it all together for her and I think she said yes. Like all the rest of this testimony.

Yesterday Jodi referred to Travis talking about sodomizing a little girl. She mentioned it in a kind of off-hand way, as if it was already something that had been testified about.

Was there testimony or evidence about Travis talking about sodomizing a little girl -- or where the heck did this come from?

Shw was referering to his "you soubd like a 12 year old girl" comment. Seriously. I am not making this up. She said it to the jury. Like they didn't just hear it straight from his mouth in the context that it was meant.

Me either, as his statement is easily verifiable by looking at phone recs. And I'm sure the investigators would have spoken to EVERYONE Jodi might have called on 6/5 through the date she was arrested.

You know this was a large part of Travis' problem, because he had very little experience he didn't know how to handle it .. he didn't see red flags in her clinging nature, he couldn't openly swap notes with his friends and say 'check out the psycho text I just got' etc .. because the sexual nature of their relationship was secret and because even their continued connection was secret. He was on his own with zero experience of how other women in a sexual relationship behave.

In a way she alluded to it in her phone call that was played when she was talking about freaky Mormons and how she couldn't see herself being married to/bound to a straight-laced type. That it would impede her sexual blossomness...or whatever. At that point, the time the tape she illegally recorded was made, they were not together, she knew he was with others, IMO she was saying/alluding to, "you don't want to spend the rest of your life with these boring Mormon by the book folks, when you can have me..." jmo

I saw this post by "Chad Perkins" on TA's Myspace. I wonder if JA set up a dummy account with that name so she could post and embarrass TA. TA might have added "Chad" even if he did not "know" him. He could have thought it was somebody he had met in passing at a PPL convention. I remember in the early days of MS and FB people were adding "friends" left and right even if they had not seen them since grammar school. If "Chad Perkins" is a real friend he is warped. IMO

I'll take it a step further.

Travis may not have even known he had added that user acct to his list because HE wasn't the one who accepted the friend invite.

How hard would it be to believe that Jodi not only created a dummy account but then hacked into his account to accept her own dummy user on Travis's behalf without him even realizing what had happened. Even if he had an alert set up to email him when new friends were added (as I do), Jodi could have easily gone into his email an erased the notification so that there was virtually no trace of the exchange.

Point in case, what man uses the word "cozy"???? Lol!!! Case closed. The end. Ha!

And that's also why I think at this very moment Jodi is not yet crossed the barrier of premeditated murder. Because why bother, right? Why bother convincing a man he needs to marry you
