I am home sick today and I was actually looking to sitting in the recliner watching the trial. I guess I will to continue sneak viewing posts while at work. Bummer.

I {heart} Juan for how he referred to that fine business.

Crap, I sense another e-mail coming on. Funny how now that I spoke up, I feel a bit more brave. Power in numbers.

e-mail? Do you have your e-mail addy in your profile?

Questions for Gus

Who was in the car with you ?

Can you produce your phone records for the early morning hours of 6/5/08 when you said JA called you crying ?

What was really going on with JA in your motor home ?

When you look in the mirror, who do you really see ?

3) a Tootsie Roll and pop rocks party.

They should be paying less attention to online comments and pay more attention to getting Gus under control. All his media interviews cannot be helping the company. He is basically talking about private information regarding people within his company. Isn't that some type of violation of company rules if he is in management? Did he consult with his attorney before heading out on this media blitz????? jmo

No - he doesn't have one handy! (skip to 1:26)

What personal information has he said publicly?
Not defending Gus.... just curious lol Because I do want to know who was in the car with him! And why that person would feel so threatened by Chris Hughes.

Right. I haven't heard word one of her working the PPL pyramid.

I guess I'm fantasizing about Juan b--ch slapping her about her whine -and the defense's -- that Travis didn't want to be seen as attached to her because she was his "dirty little secret."

What he can accurately assert is that Travis distanced himself from her at business gatherings because she was an embarrassing failure (which would reflect upon his own standing), and in church circles, a walking advertisement of what good Mormons were supposed to avoid at all costs.

I just wanted to thank you for this. the whole BMW being towed and trashed then her own car towed back instead a on bed never made sense.

<respectfully snipped and BBM>

My pleasure! JA was so vague about this whole BMW scenario and probably relied on people not fully understanding the mechanical details. I was a banker in my working life but have done plenty of 'grease-monkeying' in my time!

Also, she has contradicted herself about the Infinity. In her litany of financial woes she claimed she it was repossessed - in the next breath she's loading it onto a four-wheel trailer and taking it back to Yreka. Which is it!

Court has been cancelled. Judge is ill.

I am sorry that the Judge is ill, and hope she gets to feeling better....but I would be lying if I didn't admit to being furious by this :banghead: This trial is getting ridiculous. The short hours, the rambling by the defendant on the stand...get to the point The Judge needs to take control of her courtroom IMO :moo:

IMO the judge always publicly takes the blame for delays ...

Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I thought JM sounded like he was getting sick yesterday.

4) Did you give jodi that phone to get you goods to blackmail Travis with too?

5) Do you know 99.78% of the web thinks you are an attention h-o?

ITA! Bring out the wooden spoons! She is going to be found guilty, there is nada, that can stop it, no amount of conspiracy theories, none. She deserves it. Can't wait!

GOOD MORNING MY LOVELIES!!!

:seeya:

My boss is out of town today!! :great::great:

I am hoping against hope we get to the day that actually matters today! Although it will be hard to swallow (teehee) just hearing "its" version of events, it should be interesting. Of course, ANYthing would be compared to what we've been hearing!!

Bless you heart ...you cannot win for losing when it comes to watching this trial!:banghead:

Another thing that's bothering me.... jodi says that when she arrived travis was up waiting for her. I don't believe this at all. We also know that someone was on the laptop @ 4am in the morning using the laptop to watch youtube videos email etc. We know that jodi had his passwords..someone used a proxy to browse the internet. Now my questions are
1. How do we know in fact that Travis was up waiting for jodi?
2. why would Travis need to use a proxy to browse the internet on his private laptop?
3. jodi had his passwords, could she have been reading his emails that morning?
4. Was it ever explained what type of emails were checked? business related? personal romantic ones to other females?
5. Now that we've all heard how Jodi loved music and singing, is it too far of a yoga stretch to believe that she was on his computer watching the youtube videos?

The Tucson massacre shooter got LWOP. So did the Green River Killer. BTK too.

I don't believe in the Death Penalty in any circumstances.

Jodi needs to be kept healthy, living a very long life in a little cage. Every once in a while, unplanned, they should blast pictures of her victim. Play the recording of his voice. She chose to kill him instead of going to the bishop. Me thinks the only reason she didn't go to the Bishop was because the truth would be revealed about herself.

I agree. Surf all you want, but to email to 'clear' things up, I dunno.

Why be secretive about it, don't e-mail to clear things up, post it right here amongst the masses. We are ALL entitled to form our own opinion, surf the web to find out what others are saying about this business, and continue from there.

I don't believe Legal Shield is a horrible company. I do think it a shame that they have 'worshipped' people amongst them, I thought it quite sad that they have special events for those folks and the peons who actually make these 'royal' people who they are have to get special invitations to these events. All other events cost the peons money. It kind of reminds me of this scene from the movie "Ever After":

Henry: I found it sentimental and dull. Honestly, the plight of the everyday rustic bores me.
Danielle: I... take it you do not converse with many peasants.
Henry: Ha, certainly not, no. Naturally.
Danielle: [starts walking again] Forgive me, Your Highness, but there is nothing "natural" about it. A country's character is defined by its "everyday rustics," as you call them. They are the legs you stand on and that position demands *respect,* not...

4. Yep. But I am a Vatican Ninja Assassin, so, hence the home with wheels.
5. Yes. But only because they are jealous...:rocker: lol.

The judge has to state no parole cause after 25 years here goes the parole hearings. I know, have to do with it with my brothers killer. His killer will prolly be paroled within the next 5 years. His sentence was life, but had the the little stickie on end with a max 25 years. :furious:

I dont get it at all!

I am so sorry for your loss. I know the dread must be there, but hopefully if you go before the parole board, you can keep him there. In PA, both of my brother's murderers got LWOP. The shooter plead guilty as the DP was on the table and we were in the middle of trial. In PA, life means life. My heart goes out to you.
