Shw was referering to his "you soubd like a 12 year old girl" comment. Seriously. I am not making this up. She said it to the jury. Like they didn't just hear it straight from his mouth in the context that it was meant.

This has been my pet theory since I read his blog post. Snap goes Jodi after reading "so, you DON't want to marr an axe murderer do you? Let's see if I can help with that."

Travis telling Jodi he didn't want to marry her was one thing but his blog and the risk he might kick it up a notch and out her for what he knew her to be would have put the kabosh on her ability to slide over to the next guy on her list without risking him being warned about her.

I believe she was referring to his comment in the phone sex call about sounding like a 12 y.o… Inserting a statement out of context, and elaborating the point. IMO - manipulating the jury.
She has done that a few times, i.e. "He pawned his car off on me" … or something like that, etc.

THAT burned me :furious: up. "Pawned" indeed. She should have counted herself lucky that he was selling her the car and letting her make payments. Her credit was crapola after having her other one repoed. She could have never have gotten a loan to buy another car. And, as she told the world, she was broke.

I guess I'm the only one who thinks she did it on purpose once she got to Utah. Of course she knew she'd get pulled over for it and then she would have a nice little paper trail and alibi proving she wasn't in AZ...that's my theory and I'm sticking to it! LOL!

Yep, serious as a stab wound. Quite frankly I am glad she said that. It was a blatent twist of the truth. Maybe with that she impeached herself to the jury.

Bear in mind at some point Jodi wouldn't have had to resort to a doggie door anyway. She knew the garage code which was often used to gain access to the house if the door was locked. (And it was if Travis wasn't home.) She admitted it, almost gloatingly, in one of her phone interviews with Flores.

That's how his friends eventually roused Zach (roommate) who found him June 9th.

But the visual of Jodi slithering through the doggie door in the dead of night just adds another level of creepiness to Jodi's character. I can see her with the knife blade clenched between her cheeks (either pair!)!! :floorlaugh:

I have always believed he was stabbed first, and I still believe that. What about the rest of you? Have you changed your mind about the sequence of events or, are you firm in your belief?
At the end of the day, it doesn't really matter.....but I was just wondering.

after watching yesterdays testimony . imo it was clear that jodi could not let travis go. how many times did she say i wanted to be his friend? i wanted us to be friends. after we married other people i wanted us to be friends. over and over real creepy. in my mind if a relationship does not workout the last thing i want to be is friends. jmo

And that's also why I think at this very moment Jodi is not yet crossed the barrier of premeditated murder. Because why bother, right? Why bother convincing a man he needs to marry you
if you know you're going to slit his throat in a few weeks. Just sayin'.

I think the trip was what drove her over the edge. JMHO, but in her mind, she's given everything and he does not want her. The tape seemed to me like he was way not into her. She hears/ learns he is going on an extended vacay with someone else, female, and snapped. In her mind, take me on this trip/cancel trip...you are dead.

Incidentally, I thought Mike Brook's comments about her finger, that it was not broken, but a tendon tear, is telling. Because, quite honestly, have had several broken toes from ballet, but wonder...

Red light and speed cameras were a big big deal at that time here in az. People are always coming up with ways to not be clicked. She told the investigator to check the red light caneras to see that she was never in az. Premeditated.

It is impossible to say for sure, but I believe that the ME's theory is the most probable and is the most consistent with the evidence.
