Same here! My chi mix has a big chow mix to order around and do his bidding It's like a cartoon.

My favorite is when the chi mix thinks he needs to protect the big chow from something. ROFL!

at 19:30 when she breaks down a bit, I believe her. She said:

"he was kneeling down in the shower...and I don't really know what happened after that"

Her body language before she says that is believable. I did not know she ever said he was kneeling down before just now.

I always said he either bent over toward the shower head, or bent down, the shot went through the right eye brown in a downward motion exit left cheek.

I say she shot first, he kneels down, she lifts the gun shoots him through the right temple expecting a fatal shot through the temple. He was below her (hence all the blood low in the shower) Because he was kneeling the bullet didn't go straight through his head, it went down at an angle, not a fatal shot, simply due to his kneeling.

I think he surprised her by stumbling to his feet, he got up, he was dazed but then tried to fight back.

Then the frenzy ensued with the knife.

I agree. That's why I don't think she intended or attempted 'blackmail', but planned a smear campaign to cause him terrible pain and embarrassment. Revenge!

Yeah, as part of that she was probably trying steal his friends - get them to shun him. That wasn't going so well - more fuel for the fire.

Question: Is it a known fact that JA stole Travis' journals? If so, how and when, and why/how did Sky gain possession of them?

I seem to have missed this part.

I too am very interested to learn this. I missed the part on how/why Skye has them.

I am interested because it is my theory Jodi stole them to photocopy his words/handwriting to digitize them and reassemble them into the "forged" letters she produced. It was reported that handwriting experts seem to think the handwriting is Travis's but ultimately the letters themselves were forged. Digitizing his own handwriting would be one way to pass that test for sure but there must have been something jenky about them that failed the rest of the tests. So that's why I think she stole the journals - to have handwriting samples

The stab wound to the subclavian would probably cause internal bleeding mostly. IIRC, the subclavian supplies blood to the extremities. At this point, the body shunts blood to vital organs, ex. Lungs, brain, heart. I agree with you 200% IMO

It's believe that in the pic the op is talking about that travis throat was slashed at this point hence all the blood. I agree about the internal bleeding but the amount blood in that pic is said to be from his neck wound. At this point they believe he's being dragged.

If you look at the location of the stab wounds, he sustained them to his head, trunk, back, legs, feet. The autopsy diagram may be helpful to you. Also, scalp wounds bleed a lot.

IMO, the throat wound severing his carotid amongst other things, would have caused the most blood loss. The heart would have been pumping more rapidly as he had already lost blood and the heart pumps faster as a compensatory mechanism to get blood to the vital organs . He would have lost his total blood volume in maybe a minute or less. The normal human body has 5 liters of blood. Imagine pouring a gallon of milk down the drain. Respectfully IMO

there it is again. JA says TA refused to be seen in public buying KY due to embarrassment. Makes no sense since he had no problem buying her panties and having 'Travis Alexanders' put on them.

Jodi said she went to Walgreens to buy the KY, but wasn't dressed (?) right and went to Walmart instead. I've never seen any Walgreen with a dress code.

I don't know why Nurmi wanted to know the reason why JA called her sister a name. What does that have to do with her murder trial?!! I felt bad for Angela and of course the camera had to pan to her to catch her reaction.

That said, Angela Arias has a public Myspace where she talks about her life, addiction and getting baptized. She is happy she is getting her life back together. She talks about that and JA on her Myspace blog Oct. 11, 2008.

I am just disgusted with Nurmi asking her about the comment about her sister..low blow Probably trying to drag the case out longer than it needs to be. :moo:

Was probably to show the family dysfunction, which made each of the children dysfunctional, including Jodi, so being an abused victim lead her to act like an abused person in her relationships and so she had to kill Travis because he abused her. I don't believe any of it.

My Mom used a paddle, the kind that once had a long rubber band with a rubber ball on the end. After the rubber band broke, that was her paddle, much larger and thicker than the stupid kitchen spoon she was so beaten with by her mother. And guess what, I don't consider my Mother a beater or was I a child of abuse.

Jodi mentions that Travis lived in a safe neighborhood, kept his door unlocked and that he had his tires slashed, can the tire slashing be brought up now that its out there? Can they bring back lisa to testify that Travis suspected Jodi???
