She and her merry band of lying defenders are going to have a hard time, with the documented time frame, explaining how she managed to be under a life threatening attack and obtain not one but TWO deadly weapons immediately at her disposal, within seconds and carry out her own vicious

If you go back and listen, I believe they were 3300 hundred. I have no idea where the 300 dollar figure came from. Nonetheless, 3300 was a good deal.

moo

Yep $3300 isn't bad if you don't mind wearing 2 round nerf balls placed really far apart . . . . . (reminds me of a song my best friend's Dad used to sing and we would blush:blushing:) . . . .

"She had two t!ts
upon her chest
One pointed East and
One pointed West".

Really? My surgeon recommended they be replaced every 10 years, as the skin stretches & they begin to droop. They also could potentially degrade, he said. Probably just the surgeon trying to drum up more business though! Lol!

I was told to expect about a 10 year "life" on mine (saline), but I had them for 15 years and then got the dreaded slow leak. Just had them removed and not replaced.

BBM - Help, CC permit means:

?cougar control permit?
?concealed cookies permit?
??
TIA

I was just skimming, seeing a lot of breast implant talk then reading bold "CC permit". I wonder if JA had a 450 "CC permit" in her brassiere. :floorlaugh:

I actually remember him stating 3300 EACH. Not sure and don't care enough to go back but that would sound about right to me.

moo

Oh, each? Oh, that sounds more reasonable/realistic. But like you, I don't care enough to go back to find the testimony...but the $300 was pretty funny.

No wonder she couldn't pay her daily living bills then.

"P.F. CHANGS" iirc...I think its a chain restaurant
It is and it's Chinese, not Japanese. We have one in our area. Upscale Chinese restaurant.

Your surgeon's opinion is fine with me. The mere thought of JA deflating in three years or less is priceless......

Maybe the "to boob: or "not to boob" deserves it's own separate thread. I have no comments there apart from - "to each his own". It drives me nuts to see the $300 figure thrown around though...It's not what he said. Someone heard it and ran with it and it has become a "fact". It's incorrect.

If she gets shived(?) in the implant they will leak.

We can only hope! (Well, a girl can dream....) :floorlaugh:

OMG, I am going into withdrawal. Plus I am traveling around the country for my job. At least I get home late monday night and expect to be up for whopping 3 days of testimony.

Did Belvin Perry even have court on SATURDAY? If I am not mistaken??? This just seems so unproductive!

At least the Bachelor is on Monday night!

I believe JA planned this murder long before the end of May. I think she knew she would kill him even before the day she taped their phone sex. There is no other reason for her to tape him. Yes, obsession is one reason but by that date, she knew she wasn't going to have him or his lifesytle and she hated him. I think she enjoyed the planning and the killing and being the star witness in her own trial.

Great post! :seeya:

I think so too! She is one sick puppy the way she premeditated this whole ending to Travis' life. I have no doubt she derived much pleasure and satisfaction from plotting his demise in careful detail. Her only problem was thinking she was smarter than your average murderer - there were several details that revealed her involvement, so she wasn't, and still isn't, as smart as she would like us to believe. Juan will rip her story to shreds once he has his turn, and I personally can't wait! :great: I've had more than enough of her "stardom" :banghead:

"But wait! There's more!" ...I thought that was your train of thought ....lol... :-)

Maybe a different perspective, but I live in the middle of nowhere, in the woods....I carry a knife (mostly in case I get stranded roadside, #1 rule of survival gear....)....I also have CC permit...we have grizzlies and cougars everywhere ( and by "cougars" I mean the actual big felines! :floorlaugh:)

Thank you for getting my sense of humor! I will be examining every steak knife from here on out! It could have been Cutco tho...

If it makes no difference to the outcome of the trial, why bother? One might like a nice and tidy story to explain everything but Jodi has admitted to killing Travis. The evidence shows that he was shot in the head and stabbed 27 times; with a slash across the throat that nearly decapitated him. The judge has ruled it a violent and heinous crime that warrants a death penalty. So, is it really so important to know which actually came first? (Apart from curiousity - and discussion - which I love to participate in). I mean, relative to the trial, will it make a difference?

If Ariass called LE immediately after the murder to claim self defense, it's really a possibility she could've gotten off alot easier

What's sick is she sits on the stand ever so cool and calm telling a bunch of horse baloney

She should've ended the relationship and tried to get groovey again with ex Darrell

I don't see an issue either and I personally have no problem with Dr. Horn or his autopsy. But obviously enough people do--enough to fill up a significant percentage of 38 threads, so if it's important enough to obsess about, it's important enough to take it to the next level. The only real way to find out what another M.E. would say would be, in fact, to hire an independent pathologist and have them do a review of all the materials. It's not something *I* need since I'm not contesting what the State M.E. said and I don't see how it matters, but it is a way for those who are intent on getting to the bottom of the matter to get a real second opinion. All it takes is $$$$. There are truly talented pathologists out there who can be hired. Time to put some money to the cause.

First I agree with the M.E. Second of all, I hope no one here would think
that is a good idea and realizes you ARE kidding!!

The autopsy IS being sleuthed here because that's what we do! Sleuth.
Why are some people bothered by that? I, myself, am enjoying the
back and forth regarding any part of this case

Board members hiring their own M.E.?:floorlaugh:

With all the discussion of the knife, I am actually surprised that Jodi didn't pull a "Lorena Bobbit"!

This woman is out of her friggin mind! She's pizzed beyond belief because he doesn't give her credit for editing a portion of his "book"! She sounds like a misguided and confused teenager with a prim vocabulary! WEIRD is all I can say!
