:floorlaugh: My son, who is 7, was so worried something was wrong when I cried watching Rise of the Guardians. Lol I rarely cry in real life, but movies get to me really easy. :waitasec:

So sweet! Mine was young too at the time. He cupped my face in his hands, got real close... And said, "mommy it's not real, it's just a movie".

Wack-a-doodle...28 year-old woman writing about how she feels that she didn't get the appropriate "credit" for editing a guy's unpublished book:

https://www.facebook.com/Justice4Travis

They should have gone for "insane" instead of "self-defence". She sounds like an f'd up teenager to me.

Shived
Shanked
SKANKED

It's all good.

But the inmates love her, she sings them to sleep at night... Shiver

Actually on research, I have learned that getting shived is essentially the same thing, but without metal. Somehow this escaped my knowledge and I  to Zuri's knowledge....

I think she DOES have some emotions, but not towards humans. The only time she had those telling signs of sadness (not anger tears) were 2 times and both towards the dog.

I identify with this, but I am also very social, but I don't feel sadness for people as much as I do for animals. I can watch a psychological thriller, where people are slashed left and right. However, I cannot even so much as the lion king where a pretend animal dies. so I can see where it is some sort of disorder, I just don't know what!
You are not alone!

Animals are defenseless and give unconditional love. They are incapable of betraying or hurting us the way people can and often do. There is no pretense. I don't see what you're describing so much as a disorder, but rather knowing the solace they provide. Therefore when one is sick, injured or killed, they can garner a lot more sympathy than some human beings ever could.

Is she held in the courthouse at night in some sort of holding cell? Is she transported daily? Is she stripped searched everyday?

Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

No, yes, and dear lord I would assume so. The first two are my limited knowledge of court process. Here (at least in my county) those on trial are transported to and from the county jail to court every day. Once they are sentenced they are then assigned to one of the state prison units. I am pretty positive a skin check/search/strip is done daily...but I cannot say for positives on that one.

I never thought of her maybe pretending she was gone. I was wondering about everyone's thoughts on the photos. I do so much photography, I can't envision he does not see her through all the photo taking, some looking right at her, where was she hidden that he does not see her and can't hear the camera sound click after each photo. (his shower water could muffle a bit) And they did indicate she took them without flash, that was very interesting to me, no flash is why they have the burnt orange/yellow appearance. the tile would be bright white as they showed Flash photos of the bathroom and its very clear. And it does puzzle me if she wanted to take these great photos and she knows anything about photography, she can give them a sepia effect after, or any color variation, but my guess is she would want to start with the clearest photo first.. which would be maybe with flash? Because they are not good, and not really clear, and now I see they are taken with no flash. Was that to hide the fact she was there and taking them?

Hi, just catching up and finally able to register today (thanks, WS mods!), but my digital camera purchased in 2007 doesn't make a click when a photo is snapped. My newer cameras and phone have the option to turn a sound on or off.

Love this forum, awesome community and way to support Travis' memory.

NG spoke to Arpaio about this and the answer is yes to all. She is also shackled and fitted with a remote shock device while in the courtroom.

Edit: not held at courthouse overnight, County Jail. Sorry for my confusion!

meh, if it warrants a frame-by-frame comparison to Psycho, I'm not worried about my theory being overly "Hollywood" lol
