Good morning everyone! I had to stay away from the boards this weekend because....well, I neglect my kids while trial is on so I figured I better pay them a little attention...maybe cook a meal or two...while trial was not on. My kids are fully aware that trial starts back up today and they should leave me alone. LOL

I heard on one of the In Session talk shows that Flores had mentioned she kept the receipts (minus the ones from Arizona) for income tax purposes. Apparently she was claiming them for gas expenses for her travel time to work? I think he said she had a box of them, starting from Jan. But these receipts we are seeing are just the last ones.

Someone posted the back wounds on a fb page. I don't think we can link here but I will Pm the pic to those who want to see. You can see that at this point he would be of no threat to jodi. The wounds are very deep. I really want to see how they make a self defense clain out of this.

They're not deep. None of the stab wounds really are. They average around 1 inch and terminate at the bones. Jodi will claim that she stabbed him in the back while facing him from the front.

It seems foolish of the DT to put up evidence so easy to disprove???

I realize Juan can't take the time to counter ALL of her lies, but I'm curious to see which ones he points out. This one seems like a slam dunk.

The thing about this case is, I had no idea what the whole story was so I came into this completely unbiased, but I am appalled at what I'm hearing about JA, and her demeanor on the stand is very off-putting. It's obvious she is a liar. I'm hoping the jury can see right through her just as I have.

Good morning all! It's been such a long weekend! I'm not looking forward to today, but it is so necessary to listen to what Ms. A has to say. Let's hope they get there today and get it over with.

As far as the stab wounds to Travis' back are concerned, don't be surprised if Jodi claims that Travis had her in a terrible grip and she reached around/over him to stab him in the back.

Ms. Willmott, when cross-examining the ME asked if the wounds could have been made with Jodi and Travis face-to face.

I'd sure love to see a demonstration that her arms are THAT long!

I'm sorry to not be able to find it. I should not have brought it up because it is very hard to find anymore. It is none of the ones being shown so far and I only saw the photo once a long time ago. I knew it would disappear because a lot of the photos became hard to find after those very first days of the X-rated photos.

It was a very clear photo of his entire body being dragged in a white towel or sheet so it not a photo you have to try to make it out on. It is unmistakable when you see it.

That is, if we ever see it again.

Sorry I did not save the photo when I saw it because to me it was the most damning one for Jodi. I am sure the PA has it and hope he shows it to the jury again.

His sheets were brown, not white. He had a matching duvet. The only pictures that are hard to find are the crime scene photos. The rest are here. All of them. There were only two dragging photos. One with his body and one with her pants and the baseboard. jmo

Hope you feel better soon. I, too, came into this trial completely unaware of the crime. I actually only got interested because InSession was constantly posting updates to their Facebook page about it and I became curious. So, until about 3 or 4 days into the trial, I never heard of Jodi Arias.

This is going to be SUPER unpopular and I don't hold the same view now as I did in day 3 of the trial...I thought the prosecutor was a jerk and my immediate response to him was "if I were on that jury I would hate that guy". Now, that was WAY before I saw him in action in any other situation and realized that what I snap-judged as being a jerk was actually passion. I no longer feel that way about him and actually adore him now.

After having gone back through the testimony, watching somethings 3 or 4 times, there is no doubt in my mind that JA premeditated this act of murder and should be found guilty of murder in the 1st degree.
