Before or After . . . . either way - she was Aggravated @ TA when she killed him 3 times . . . . up close, personal, and he was naked!

I suppose most rational people who M to pictures or whatever floats their boat would do so in a secure environment - i.e., lock doors especially in a house that is shared by others. It seems very unlikely that he M'd (to normal type of stuff not boys) minutes after she left the house in a huff.

Knowing her unstable behavior, its laughable that she wants us to believe that he broke out the kiddie porn moments after she left without a care in the world who walked in on him. Like...OK, she's gone, I can break this stuff out with reckless abandonment.

Exactly! I don't care what someone is looking at, or what outfit they want you in be it school girl, nun or french maid! The door would be LOCKED in a 5 bedroom home with a bunch of guys in and out.

And if he was in his room doing something that she said "he was horrified" that she saw him do, he would not do this with the door unlocked...

JA made many serious mistakes yesterday, but two are really sticking out:

1. She said that she could freely and absolutely just walk away from Travis at any time.

She didn't even qualify it with , "Well, I didn't feel that way later," or something to that effect. Travis didn't have power or control over her. And the way she said it, calmly and confidently... I think she slipped up there because she was so intent on sparring with JM. I thought the THs would pounce all over that...

2. (I don't condone perjury, but, c'mon, this is JA - she doesn't have such standards) She never should have been so definite and specific about having only one journal at a time.

Had she said she sometimes kept other journals and would write in them concurrently - the journal entries in evidence (and what she left out) wouldn't have been nearly as damning, which she made worse by being adamant there were no other journals.

Even though she wouldn't be able to produce a "lost" second journal, she could have at least planted the seed of doubt rather than eliminate it altogether as she did.

I'm happy she made these mistakes - especially the first one. I think (hope) that will be stated in JM's CS - maybe a few times to really hit the point home.

There were a few 'jaw dropping' moments yesterday.. but for ME (MOO) the moment that stuck with me.. and I really hope the jury picked up on it.. was when he exposed her STALKING tendencies. We've all heard TA's friends talk about her stalking but when Juan asked her about standing there watching Travis and the girl, there at the back door... the hair stood up on the back of my neck and I was totally creeped out! AND she admitted it!!! AND the other thing that stayed with me was when Juan asked her about going to see Ryan Burns AFTER she killed Travis and she made the statement "I'm single" AFTER she just brutally murdered Travis and LEFT him there in the shower!!

When Jodi tells Ann/Matt? (can't remember who she was sending the mag to) that they "****ed up, you directly contradicted what i've been saying for a year" What exactly she was talking about?

I thought it was because Matt (lied) in his discussion with prosecutor saying JA told him (MM) that she saw TA masturbating to the little boy photos on the computer but JA said she saw him (TA) doing it on his bed to paper photos.

Okay, here's what I want to see from her on her finger issue.

Never once has she held up her bent finger to put on display except when he hand has previously been hidden beneath the table.

Yesterday she clearly testified that her bent finger is most noticeable when her other fingers are all straight. In other words, when she flexes her other fingers straight, the ring finger does not straighten. However, she did not DEMONSTRATE that, which I find unusual considering what a "talking hand" freak she is. She seems to demonstrate things and animate her speech with her hands all the other times but chooses to keep them hidden when ironically the topic of conversation, oddly enough, is on her hand.

I have issue with this because I can actually position either of my ring fingers exactly like Jodi's - however, it takes my brain 2 or 3 seconds to really focus and get them into position. The maneuvering is fairly obvious and it's not a fluid action - but if I had my hand hidden under a table, no one would ever see me position my fingers in those 2-3 seconds.

What I would like to see Juan make her do is to hold her hand up it the relaxed, curved position her hand was in the photo with her sister and then immediately straighten her fingers out. If it is as she claims, the re-maneuvering of her fingers would be instantaneous with no delay or deliberate manipulation of the position.

I simply refuse to believe she could do it. I wished someone would make her demonstrate her claim from yesterday.

I have no doubt she likely has a boutonniere deformity to that finger but I also have no doubt that if she does, it happened the day of the murder.

I don't know about anyone else, but all I can think of with regard to pop rocks and tootsie pops in the bedroom put into places that don't normally see candy...All I can think of is ... LORD I will wake up at 4am covered in ants!

Dr. Drew displayed only one but said that he had a whole bag on his show last night. I haven't had a Tootsie Pop in ages but am thinking that I will buy some over the weekend. I know about Pop Rocks but haven't ever had them.

I'm betting that she intentionally jams it or slams it against the jail wall every day to ensure that the joint remains continuously swollen.

I think this is an EXCEPTIONAL point. And I hope Juan intends to challenge the expert witness with her own words. She doesnt fit the mold of battered woman because by her own testimony she new she could leave at ANY TIME.

That means at the time of Travis's death too - she is saying she knew she could have walked away then too - but doing so would have prevented her from carrying out her premeditated murder.

Good point. Fits in with the 'guy trip' to Mexico she insisted on tagging along fpr - they tried every hint possible to prevent her from coming, but JA comes first to JA...

Or maybe they didn't know she was there (she has a penchant for sneaking into at least one house, why not another if she finds herself w/o a place to sleep)?

Or perhaps it didn't happen at all? Who knows with JA.
