I was just wondering if there was a discussion about the time that JA said she had started working at PF Changs (I think it was that place) and they wanted her social security card and she had it in a box at Travis' house. Was that the time she did the 'peeping' and then confronted him later about kissing the girl and all the bra hooking escapades? Since when does any employer ask you to produce your actual CARD itself, and not just your number? I mean, how RIDICULOUS !! Am I wrong? My SS card is in a little box, too, but it's been in that box since I got it in like, 1975 and hasn't seen the light of day since.

Some employers require it for their files (my current one does). Or, she may have had to supply it for her I-9 form (she would have 3 days from her date of hire to provide ID, a SS card and driver license are the most common).

JA testified yesterday about how she didn't raise her voice to Bianca (the girl she drove 1.5 hours to confront about MM cheated on JA with) she says "no I was in *her* home" as if in someone's home you owe them the highest level of respect. Yet she brutally murdered TA in his home... She is so crazy

Your not the only one who is a little paranoid about the outcome. This is a totally different case. She is definitely trying for second, but she brutally attacked and over killed an unarmed man, who was taking a shower.

I am trying to figure out her living arrangements. She wasnt paying rent when she was living with her gf? No wonder she got the boot. Was that the 'room' she was talking about or was that after she got kicked out? :waitasec: She was very transient. When Jodi proceeded without attorneys, I believe that she did try to introduce these forged letters, and perhaps the false testimony of Matt McCartney. She quickly realized she was in over her head -- and she wanted her attorneys back, but I'm sure it was with the understanding that they would not offer the forged and false testimony and evidence. The first thing they did when they were reinstated was to withdraw their opposition to the State's motion to exclude the forged letters.
