It was mentioned briefly by Juan, but I can't remember if she met him in salinas or not.

My personal email is gmail. I had signed up a couple of years ago and had a yahoo account at that time and had to get permission to use that one. Yesterday when I tried to change my yahoo email to the gmail one, I had to write for permission. They will not let you sign up with yahoo, gmail, or hotmail without contacting them first.

Sorry, I don't know but it is very funny. There is only ONE time so far that she has deviated from this embarrassingly stupid pose and it was when she CROSSED her arms tightly. I remember thinking that she had been coached to change her stance but no, she went back to the original pose the next day. So, maybe "leakage" of emotion on the crossed armed day. (I think it was the same day that she was "crying" - sextape day?)

I totally agree. While I hate Andrea Yates, you can tell she is one sick person. But, Jodi is just so vile, smart , and confidant. She is diabolical and straight from hell as far as I am concerned. jmo

Oh she totally knew what it was. I have had clients just like her and have been blindsided. Someone like her, IMO, is so busy knowing more than anyone else and is so busy manipulating even her own DT that if she didn't think anyone knew about them she wouldn't warn her DT and would secretly smile to herself about how she put one over on everyone right up to that moment when JM whipped them out. But that's just my theory. May have been known but I sensed some shock by her DT.

as the defense att for a client like this that testifies do you have to go with whatever story they give you or at times can you say your story is ridiculous :banghead:
