He also said that ALL JM had to do was just play all of her previous lies bit by bit and be done with it. I don't think he watched the Casey Anthony verdict. Because that jury forgave ALL of her lies because she was a 'victim' of abuse.

Jodi's previous lies are not going to convict her, imo. Juan is going after her CURRENT lies. That is the key to Death Row, imo.

Katy, I don't think the jury really forgave Casey's lies b/c they deemed her an abuse victim. Rather, they hung their verdict on not being able to determine how Caylee died. Plus they were stupid. Their verdict was due to complete stupidity. So tragic.

But CAs attorneys were smart to advise her to keep quiet. IMO

I know she's an experimental Mormon, but she may as well be holding a Rosary in that pose. If the jury is SOOO blind not to see the absolute disconnect between her "natural poses" (cough, cough) caught on camera, her less contrived verbage in texts/phone calls in contrast to the salaciously artificial creepy "I'm uncomfortable in my own skin" portrayal she displays in court...then they are simply morons. How can one pose for such graphic photos, I mean let's face it the vag shot leaves no crevice unseen...it's like you see up to her tonsils....and her junk is just nastay!! Maybe its just her pose, but heck she looks mutilated or like she has alien parts. She's got all her stuff hanging out in larger then life pics in that court room and all awhile tries to act demure and abused. She reminds me of the story about the Emperor with no clothes...

My personal email is gmail. I had signed up a couple of years ago and had a yahoo account at that time and had to get permission to use that one. Yesterday when I tried to change my yahoo email to the gmail one, I had to write for permission. They will not let you sign up with yahoo, gmail, or hotmail without contacting them first.

I am assuming 'they' is WS. And I wonder why. I had a business email, but now I am retired so I have several. Wonder what the problem is with them. Do they prefer a particular provider? tia

I agree. Her whole face looked different to me, especially around her mouth. She was trying to smile, but it looked more like a grimace and her eyes had that IDONTWANTTOTALKABOUTTHISDONTTALKABOUTTHIS look in them. She knows he's on to her and he knows everything. He just lit the fuse on that bomb and rolled it under her chair. I can't wait til Monday either! BOOM!

I totally agree. While I hate Andrea Yates, you can tell she is one sick person. But, Jodi is just so vile, smart , and confidant. She is diabolical and straight from hell as far as I am concerned. jmo

Maybe it's just me, but I can't even begin to compare a mother who personally drowned several of her own children to an adult killing a relationship (of whatever nature) partner -- especially based on how they "look"! Those two crimes aren't even in the same chapter of the book, imo.

Just jumping off here, Andrea Yates and Jodi are polar opposites. Andrea Yates has a clear mental health history and a big history of falling through the cracks of the mental health system and a husband who did not get how mentally ill she was. Post-partum psychosis is sadly real, though very rare. She is truly very seriously mentally ill and with medications she is somewhat able to be a functioning person. As someone recovered from PPD I get very touchy when people don't get it about her case and how she is different from, say Susan Smith.

Jodi has stuff that meds can't begin to touch. She is not insane...which is the scariest type. She KNOWS what right and wrong are and she ENJOYED doing the wrong and does not think what she did was wrong and has zero remorse. She is definitely, as quoted, diabolical and damn scary. I'll sit in a room any day with Andrea Yates. I get her. I don't get the evil that exists in Jodi...who could slit your throat and then go fix herself a cup of tea calmly as if nothing happened.
