Rusty wanted another baby so the psych meds were stopped. His mother had been spending time with her and helping with the children and Rusty had cut back on that also. He wanted Andrea to do it on her own.

Sad, isn't it? He thought she should have used her willpower to overcome schizophrenia. Grrrrrrr.

also, in the crime scene photos, the little chair in the closet is in the middle of the room.. pretending j.a's story is true, she either used it to get a gun high up on the shelf and had the amazing consideration to put the chair back (maybe when she was tidying up, doing the dishes and laundry)... or as she says she "jumped" incredibly high and got it (didn't bother using the chair,) and didn't have to feel around for a small gun.

ugh. i don't like that i'm evening trying to make sense of her lies.

moo.

Yep! Just like most of her lies...they are nonsensical!

To any observer in this case JA story of running around the bathroom and bedroom including a quick detour into the closet is complete fabrication.
In her motor mouth inimitable way she described an immense amount of activity and struggle that extended to the shower stall all the way back into the shower stall with a 185lbs corpse. JA provided a running dialogue and an action packed saga of TA vs JA.
Unfortunately for JA, she has Sony camera photo time stamp that shows the length of time passing from the time the camera on the floor took a picture of the ceiling - the struggle and then less than 2 minutes later JA is dragging the corpse back into the bathroom.

Despite JA astonishing lapse of memory she did manage to plant 29 knife wounds into TA body. Shooting once to the head plus thrusting in and pulling out a knife 29 times takes up some 2 minutes. But then to grab TA and slice his throat to a point of near decapitation takes some more time.

So unless JA claims that there was a cosmic stoppage of TIME that day her story-
of running around the mulberry bush, rushing in and out of a closet, stopping to obtain a loaded gun, exiting back into the field of battle, playing football with TA and being tackled, pointing the gun, remonstrating that TA should "cease and desist" , struggling some more, discharge of gun, and then proceeding to JA state of "automatic pilot" -
is pure unadulterated cow manure.

I would imagine when confronted with the photo timeline JA will claim:
*the time stamps are incorrect or falsified
*the camera when falling did not measure time correctly
*she doesn't know why the timestamps report those numbers

Nurmi and other deluded defense lawyer commentators proudly assert that the state cannot prove JA story wrong.
In other words, for example, prove that TA's incident with little boys did NOT happen.
This is tantamount to proving a negative.
JA could have just as convincingly told the world that aliens intervened and sliced up TA .
Nurmi would have extracted the precise timeline of the alien invasion. JA would have described in excruciating detail the appearances of each alien visitor to TA bedroom.

Then Nurmi would have said "Prove that aliens did NOT intervene".

Now that post just caused me to add some Trader Joe's ice cream bon bons to my Zinfandel. Applause! I'm not worthy!

Cut and dry explanation of the trial testimony and notes if you followed! My theory on Travis murder..She went into his house, he did not know she was there, she admitted that on the stand. She woke him up by knife and gun she is a photographer the pics in the bedroom are staged, u can see it in his eyes, she knows how to work a camera trust me on that. I think she tied him up and played with him like a mouse and then made him get in the shower so there would be NO mess and made him pose the pictures in the shower you can see it, you see the fear in his eyes in the shower pics like (what the hell do I do) Plus the time on the pictures say it all at 5:29 was his last picture of him alive at 5:30 he was laying dead in the shower and this is how she did it. He was forcibly posed as you can see in all those pics, then she told Travis to turn his back to her with a gun pointing at him and he turned, she got him in the back 9 times in the shower, he turn around to defend himself, defense wounds on his hands, he tried to run but was to weak and fell to the ground once on the ground she stabbed him 24 more times in the chest, then moving on

from there she slit his throat before taking him back in the shower hence the photo of her dragging him, once she drags him in the bathroom puts him in the shower, which in fact he his already dead she shots him to make sure the job was done. Now the reason why his throat was slit all the way back to his neck bone is this! lets go back a week, Nancy Grace visited the Jail talked to her cellmate. Cellmate said Jodi told her she did it in self defense and that she cut

Travis into pieces and spread his body parts all over mesa dessert its on video

check it out Nancy Grace..So now we are back in the shower, I believe Jodi Arias was trying to behead him and cut up his body to dispose of it with the knives gun and clothes no body! no conviction! I believe she tried to clean up the scene but was unable of finishing what she started by cutting him into pieces and

cleaning up the scene because like most of his friends said they were calling and coming over because they had not heard from him. I believe someone interrupted her, she dropped the knife and panic and could not carry out her plan to dispose of Travis and the only way she could do that is cut him into pieces just like she told her cellmates. I said it yesterday, the knife and gun are

in the dessert but she finished that for me on the stand today yes they are in the dessert, but they will never be found because she threw them over damn, Just

as she was going to do with Travis and it didn't work out as she planned. Now as for the Jodi Arias t-shirt that states Alexanders on it, you know the one were she belongs to him, that is his site blog advertisement for his website for his Job, which many have that shirt. Many have stated that on her media interviews in comments on youtube. They want to know how to get a hold of the prosecutor to tell him this. If they can get the shirt and turn it around they will see it has his blog site and information on the back. She is a sociopath and she is belittling him, calling him a pedophile which in fact I believe that's what she told Travis she would tell everyone if he did not take her back. That's why he called her out on may 28th in the texts and remember no proof on his computer of being a pedophile don't believe it for a second. I believe when Travis spoke through text yesterday and called her a social path on May 28th she was already premeditating this murder, she was stalking him and his girlfriend that's why he called her out on that, said she is sick and scammer and sociopath for slashing his and his girlfriends tires not to mention writing threatening letters to his new girlfriend which I think is BS that it is not aloud, only a few things are aloud in. This is a case of obsession, its a case of if I can't have him NO ONE WILL! She acted on it! she planned it! she staged it! then carried it out. Now this is much more convincing then her 3 different versions of how he died. She confessed today! she did not say I am survivor it was all about her, then with all her memorable testimony we get I don't remember! I blacked out. She remembers everything all the way down to the name on the bottle of water in her trunk. Her stalker behavior! she threaten, she slashed tires, she lies consistently over & over she belittles him & still does it in her little digs, always manages to slip something horrible about him in up to this last day of defense testimony, she draws him in by phone she finds him & his friends out hiking, she bought the book a thousand things to see before you die! not Travis, she texts him, I believe in some of those texts she was pretending to be Travis sending it to herself, now lets remember she testified to having his passwords, she smiles though her testimony a lot, she fake cries, she smiles at the family, Travis had dinner with his friends the Sunday before he died, told them it would probably be his last Sunday there they asked why? he told them, I think Jodi is going kill me! they laughed, he said I'm serious! now the said they wish they could go back to that day & give the advice he was searching for. She said she was raped by him before she killed him, anyone who is raped I don't care if you are trying to get away with murder or not, she would not go to her new boy Ryan and sleep with him, nope wouldn't happen, She called Gus, told him Travis was dead before anyone new just hours after killing him, She goes to his memorial! that is stalker behavior! ask for the U. speech! that would be a trophy, she asked Travis's roommate to take her back to the scene of the crime to his home to see what they did to him, to see what happened to him before her ninja story came into play. There so much more but now I'm starting to sound like the defense attorney, but less boring just more logical. Now last but not least if she really was remorseful! she would of said I am sorry to Travis family, she never said it once While defending herself to save herself on the stand, that could of maybe would of humanized her a tad bit. One more thing if she was always shaking and in fear for her life from Travis, killing him while defending herself, look real close people she is not shaking on the stand while in fear for her life, while defending & fighting for her life to save her life! is she now. Hows that for a theory how is that for fact!!!!

This is not my opinion, it is that of a friend. Just thought her summary was on point and for anyone trying get the main points, I liked it. If this is inappropriate mods, I apologize.

I think THURSDAY was eventful but for me to hear her say that if she was Travis she would have jumped from a bridge. Very cruel statement for Travis family/ friends to hear.

I'm new to WS...catching up on the threads and watching YouTube for the court days I missed early on in when the prosecution presented their case.

Just wanted to say hi and say that I'm enjoying reading all the different perspectives. Hope to begin contributing this upcoming week when Martinez continues his cross. Really looking forward to seeing how he circles back to that magazine evidence and what Arias was trying to do.

Welcome!!!! :seeya:

She said she "jumped up" on the shelf

I think if there was a gun in the closet that stool would of had to be moved closer to the shelves. If I recall it was in the middle of the closet area. For her to even attempt to reach a gun where the stool was positioned I think it would of tipped over and the folded cloths would of fell to the ground...therefor, I do not believe there was a gun in that closet at all. Even it it did happen that way, I would think her fingerprints would be on that shelf.

Hey hey hey, I have a question.

How did you guys interpret her "Interview was GREAT!" comment in her Photography magazine coded message?

What interview? Hers? His? What was that about?

My guess is Inside Edition or interview with local reporter.

Something to do with getting her face in front of the media
proclaiming her innocence. :furious:

Sad, isn't it? He thought she should have used her willpower to overcome schizophrenia. Grrrrrrr.

They were told after the second child not to have anymore. So, they had three more. He is just as guilty in this as she is. Maybe he is the only guilty one but no matter. There are innocent children dead. MURDERED. They all make me sick. jmo

My first post. Figured out how to finally register via the question that Katie posed to Kaitiecool..fitting name btw. Been a long time lurker, since I found this site via google, when the trial started. Have had plenty of great insights from so many here as the trial progresses. And have had so much compassion for some of you that have endured your own nightmares with the justice system. And the humor..such as tonight when I learned that Gus carried sugar gliders in his pockets..I laughed so hard..vino came out of my nose. Will post off and on...but will mostly sit back and enjoy everyone's posts.

I don't care, she murdered her children. You don't think she knew what she was doing. She knew enough to accomplish her goal. jmo

This is why there is such a stigma with mental illness. Properly treated it wouldn't have happened. I am still amazed at the ignorance that goes on in this world.

I see it every day at work with those I work with, and I have lived through it. You have NO CLUE whatsoever how mental health is not black and white. apparently you haven't had to deal with such horrible things that are absolutely beyond your control-be glad. Be very glad. It is a scary place to be. It's off topic and I'm done.

You've been vocal in your personal dislike of him and that naturally colors what you see, as it would anyone.

It's not the next "logical" step at all and certainly not if you want to keep trying cases inside a courtroom.

How many cases did Montgomery personally try since he became DA? If you want to run an office and do admin work and want to rub shoulders politically, then being the DA is the right job. However, if your interest is in *trying cases* (and I mean actively be the lawyer presenting evidence in a criminal trial for the state), then being the DA will not give you that daily experience.

And...so what? He went to ASU law school, he's lived in the area for a long time, it's obviously his home, he has family there...why should he move away from a place he likes and away from a family he loves just to work in a "sexy" venue? And what do you consider "sexy" anyway?

As for your opinion of how he did on Thursday, it's neither here nor there. The assertions that he's stuck like some middling mgr at Dunder Mifflin or isn't at the top of his game because he's not the "DA" is truly absurb. If you knew how a DA's office functions you'd realize that. If you saw his win/loss record over his 20+ years that would recalibrate reality.

Just for the record, my opinion of Martinez was formed exclusively from his performance in this case and what I've read about him from links posted here and related reading. I have never heard of him before and had no personal opinion about his work until I saw him for the first time when I sat through the first day I attended of this trial. As I said, I don't care what anyone else thinks of him or what anyone else thinks of my opinion of him, so I'm not going to respond to details of your post.

Thanks for clearing that up, I'm not sure who it was, but sure seemed like someone had an agenda against Mr Martinez.

It was me. I have no agenda against Martinez. I just thought his cross s*cked. Apparently that makes me an unethical member of the defense team lol

It is funny to me that when anyone google these jail cells they are all so meticulously clean. They sparkle. So glad for her.

Is this the "everyday" cell that DR inmates occupy for years during appeals, or is this the "waiting room for the DP" cell?

I'd at least like to know Dr. Ablow's thoughts/ opinions especially given what's come out in trial and the 48 Hours interview never mind her performance during the interrogation by Det. Flores before and after her arrest.

Casey anthony's profile and Jodi Arias's profile should line up exactly.

I dunno...it's just what came up when I googled something like Death row cell Arizona. I tried a lot of things to find an image. Just out of curiosity.
