And persistent loonies! I finally decided to Google a Jodi Arias support site and among other things, Google came up with a "Casey Anthony is innocent" site. Wondering what the connection was I clicked on it and lo and behold, the guy who put the pro Casey site up is announcing his NEW site, the "Jodi Arias is innocent" site.

The only people I know that have .25s are females. My hubby would laugh if I told him to get a .25. He has a permit to carry and has a glock with a shoulder holster. No need for backup. We go to the firing range quite often. Never once in 30 years saw a man with a .25.

You cant talk to someone who has spent over a week premeditating how they are going to murder you when they have driven hundreds of miles to do just that.

She was going to murder him..........she planned..........plotted and did it and moved on to dry hump Burns. All the talking in the world wasnt going to stop those repeated stabs, slit throat and shot to the head. He never stood a chance.

I also have a .380 (Ruger LCP). And I have become VERY accurate within 30 feet or less.

My :twocents: is that if Jodi's grandparents had had a larger caliber in their cabinet, then that is what Jodi would have stolen and used. I think the .25 was just convenient, and she had no idea how "big" or "small" the caliber was. It was a handgun-- that's all she cared about, IMO.

I found that odd. She had broken up with Darryl, and yet was going to visit his sister? Maybe it's me, but I was never friends with my ex's after we broke up. Unless she was a good friend, why visit her? And because she didn't return her phone call until the next day, it hints to me that they probably weren't that close. I think it was just an excuse to make her way down to Mesa (and an excuse for all that sleeping on the road).

Does anyone else notice how much she mentions the word SLEEP? That girl sleeps everywhere - even in her text. "Oh, I was so tired, I pulled over to sleep". When I got to Travis's I was so tired, I went to sleep. Didn't she even sleep at Ryan's house (something about waking up before the movie was over)?

Now I can honestly say that in the last 15 years, I slept in my car once. And that was when I arrived to a movie too early and dozed off in my car. But did this girl ever sleep in a bed that was her own? She even slept on the floor at one dude's house (can't remember his name).

But she seems to sleep A LOT.

Never did I think it was duct tape, not even for a second. I did however just look at the pic and enlarge it around said device and it looks more like that is what is there

Jodi calls Ryan Burns at 1000pm on June 3rd and tells him she is heading to his house. He knew she was going to visit a friend whose baby was just born in LA [she never visited this friend] and from there she was going to come and see Ryan.



JM: Are you familiar with how to get from LA area to Salt Lake City, Utah area?

RB: Yes it's I-15 the whole way


June 3rd she calls him at 9 or 10 at night. She was 12 hours from his house at this point. So he expected her at 12 or 1pm the next day, June 4th, if she stopped to sleep for a couple of hours. He doesn't hear from her all day on June 4th and he is concerned.



Jodi finally calls Ryan around 1030pm on June 4th. She tells him she took the wrong freeway, drove the wrong direction, fell asleep, her phone was dead all day. She told him she bought another charger at a gas station. She told him she didn't know where she was. It took her another 12 hours to get to his house, again, longer than expected. She arrived the next morning, June 5th, around 10 or 11am. It was almost exactly 24 hours after he was originally expecting her.


As we know, instead of going to Ryan's house the night of June 3rd, she headed to Travis house in Arizona, arriving at 4am.

So, why the set up of Ryan to expect her on June 4th?

JM was paying close attention to this testimony from Ryan Burns. I believe it will be part of his argument for premeditation.

Yes, why raise the suspicions of your "alibi" if you have reason to believe you won't be there when he expects you?

I hate to get into this again as it doesn't really matter, but my theory is that she suckered Travis with a knife plunge to his chest when he had the towel over his face drying his hair etc etc...

It still astounds me that people can't get over the fact that a woman can take down a man, especially when its a surprise attack with a knife and he is naked, wet, cornered and unarmed. The murderess had taken many years of martial arts training and was in peak physical shape according to reports.

The only problem I have with her doing this when Travis was drying his hair, is I just have doubts if he even got that far out of the shower. By that haunting expression on his face in that last photo, it seemed he already realized that something was terribly wrong. I have nothing other than speculation and my gut instinct to go on of course, but I just have a feeling that he wasn't concerned with towel drying his hair at that point. Looking at the time between the photos, there wasn't a lot of time, but it is hard to say what may have taken place. The only thing I think we can be fairly sure of, is that in less than two minutes, JA had stabbed him 29 times and almost decapitated him. :cry:

5:31:14 ceiling shot; 62 seconds later,
5:32:16 JA standing over or dragging Travis' bloodied body.

I have to say that viewing these photos doesn't seem to get any easier. They are as disturbing and haunting now as they were the first time I saw them.

I also think Arias did such a pizz poor job of clean up of murder scene because she realized roommate Zack was supposed to be home soon and the whole murder/clean up was soooo out of control crazy she lost track of time

as i read those phone records, there are no calls on the 4th. they talked the night before, i believe around 8:30 pm. but not that day. is that right? she said her phone was dead, remember?
