How did she get him to look away so she could shoot him in the temple. He's watching her in the last picture of him sitting in the shower. I don't think he would just let her shoot him in the temple from 2 foot away. I would not take my eyes off of her so the bullet would be between my eyes. I don't see him posing for her so she can shoot him.

Plus the shower door opens up to left. How did she shoot him from with the door right there because she is left-handed? Plus I think the trajectory would be off. He's sitting on the shower floor and she is standing outside, I would think the bullet would more than likely have landed higher than it did. The path of the bullet was downward so she would have had to have standing much higher than him. jmo

Agree! But remember, the last photo of this expert photo person didn't capture the head.......only the neck/below on the next photo. See the legal thread for what someone else posted (which has never been posted on this thread) of their timeline which I agree with. The photo that I'm talking about is AFTER the one of him looking ............the one of the BODY below the face shot. I am the same exact height as she is..........and the trajectory that I did when WS'ers were doing scenarios.....fit EXACTLY. But.....not to mean that shot could not come later as some think........just that it fits that last photos without face in shot. I did it/measured it...........but I wasn't nekked and being pulled around like others here that I'm jealous of.......' cause we know where they ended up after their experiment dragging each other nekkid around the house, lol!!!!!!

also in det flores report, i think he was interviewing one of the guys on her murder trip and didnt the guy tell det flores that he knew travis was killed w a .25 and he had been stabbed?

did the police even have the forensics on the bullets yet?

That would be equally hard for me as my DH hates this stuff and thinks it's totally a waste of time. I would be telling him how bad he needs some R & R and encouraging him to get some quality golf time in, not just 18 holes though, 36 holes are better because that would take him about 8 hours. :giggle:

I have had a hard time following this case.

I've sleuthed some truly heinous crimes both on WS and off, including crimes against children, but there's just something about this one that makes me physically ill, so I haven't really joined in the threads..

I did watch Jodi's testimony though. I listened to her words and speech patterns. I watched her face for micro-expressions, her body language. And by the end of it, I thought to myself: "She is enjoying reliving the crime and her control over the victim, every moment she's on the stand."

Her demeanour also gives away that she is enjoying the cat and mouse of the trial. I think she is convinced she can outwit the prosecution, that she is somehow one step ahead even though her lies are being exposed one by one. Pure sociopathy.

I have no doubt in my mind she was capable of this murder, both physically and mentally.

What i mean is the entire sequence of shower photos.

I do not buy into this being a photo session, every single picture I believe was taken under duress up until the shot of him sitting in whhich i think he knew his time was about up.

There are tons of people here that believe that as well. I'm certain some if the jurors are going to reach the same conclusion.

Not good for Jodi!

I've long wondered what happened to Jodi's own camera. We know that she took the photos of Travis in the shower with Travis' new camera, but where was Jodi's camera?

With Jodi being such an avid, self proclaimed photographer, I find it hard to believe she didn't also have her own camera close at hand.

I seem to remember Jodi nervously claiming her own camera was in 'storage' while she was being interrogated by Detective Flores, but it was strange the way she brought it up, as he hadn't even asked her about it, and then he just let her comment slide by.

I wouldn't put it past her to have taken pictures of the crime scene with her own camera, prior to leaving. Take pictures of a dead and mutilated Travis as her souvenir.

I don't believe for a second that Jodi traveled all that way to see Travis alive for the last time, and didn't take her camera with her. Taking her own camera with her when she left that house for the final time would have made leaving Travis' camera behind easy.

Guess it doesn't matter now though, anyway.

We have the same type shower as TA's, but my DH won't even let me approach him on the subject - LOL. He thinks I'm loopy enough about this case as it it -- especially when he comes home from work and asks "how was your day" and I go into a complete synopsis of the testimony of the day.

He went through the same thing with the Westerfield, Peterson, Anthony, Gabrial Johnson cases as well. And now this one. He no dummy!

Speaking of which - did all you WS'ers get all your chores done for tomorrow? I have one load of laundry left, did all the shopping, cleaned the house. All I have to do tomorrow is shower, make beds - but dinner is sorted
