Gun vs my life? Depends on how vulnerable of situation I was in. TA had a bed and what pillows & rug mat slippers to defend himself. Not having a gun, a .25 himself or any gun for that matter, I think he'd size up the situation & Jodi's state of mind.
She could of gained her control with that gun during the whole photo sex shoot and Travis' murder.
Evil evil at it's worst.
Arizona has the "stand your ground law" so I think the problem may be if she felt threatened in any way she could defend herself. How did she know there was a gun there? After she shot him why did she feel she had to stab him 29 times and then slit his throat? Was she standing her ground or was this overkill? The ironic thing is the Travon Martin case is coming soon to address this very subject.
