It was interesting how her contempt for Ryan, her alibi man, leaked out in that statement.

Contempt.

they also have her on tape complaining about everything around Travis death and her reputation and it also holding up any possible relationship with Ryan....so ----- July 15th she was still interested--it was those pesky little police interviews and suspicions that was holding that one up

Jodi Arias the "dirty little secret" that everyone knew about. Not much of a secret, eh Jodi?

Well she made sure everyone knew about it .. constantly wanting to talk about Travis to the point where people told her they just didn't want to hear it.

The "video"... Clearly will show Travis liked guns.

What it shows is Travis had to borrow a gun everytime he went with his buddy to the firing range and the guns being shot arent rinky dink .25 caliber guns which imo are bought by females more than a male.

It does not, however, show that he owned one, correct? Only Jodi has testified to that, and we all know how much we can trust what she says.

I also like her whole explanation of being told things as opposed to remembering things. And her explanation that she 'memorized' things to prepare for trial. He went after that like a rat terrier on a gopher hole. " What did you do to memorize these facts? What did you use ? Can you explain further?" GULP, she realized she messed up with that spontaneous excuse. LOL

that was music to my ears! especially if you read my post from last night when i talked about her repeated use of the phrase "jump off a bridge" when describing the same situation, both in direct and cross.

Meant to add that the slip goes to show premeditation. If you killed in passion do you have an 'alibi' set up in advance?

& then she said he was an afterthought :what: (corrected, afterthought came before alibi)

Just a thought.... maybe JA was telling the truth when she said she & Ryan weren't grinding... we've learned that that's not her preferred style of sexual intercourse. You know... the whole 'spinning me around'. She was adamant that he was NOT around her va-jay and her track record shows she keeps 3 doors open for business. Just saying, as a matter of fact.

:silly:

Right, but if his relationship with JA was a "secret" to his friends... what else was? (That would tinker in my mind if I was a juror)

:nono: How much of a "secret" could she be when she was the one and only person mentioned who could have done this.

i wonder if he'll go back to her weird statement that she didn't remember stabbing TA 'at that time.'

sounds to me like she remembers it now. if not now, at what time DID she remember it???

Exactly. Perhaps she has decided it is in her best interests to 'remember' a few more things about the crime now .. amazing.

this guy says he knows travis didn't have a gun a week before he died, and that TA never would've bought one without getting his advice.

And...it's easy to deduce, imo, that Travis would have asked advice on a gun purchase. After all, he asked advice on a camera purchase.

Geez, this is just TOO GOOD to miss. I wish everyone could see this live. And I wish we all got to be in the court room. I can't wait to hear their notes.

  • #73
Lol. Isn't JA's entire testimony hearsay?

Yeah, but there is so much more too it than that! I cannot believe the defense fell for it. This Dave Hall guy gave this video of Travis and buddies shooting Dave's guns. Dave's whole point in this was that TRAVIS DID NOT OWN A GUN! Whenever they went shooting, Travis had to borrow a gun. So, this is how guy buddies with guns work. My DH is a hunter and sport shooter and he has guy buddies who do the same sort of stuff. They are always talking about someone's new gun, or trying them out at the range, or buying a new scope or some new gun oil, or boring stuff like that. Dave will testify that IF Travis had bought or otherwise gotten a gun, he (Dave) would have heard about it or seen it or tried it or fired it. DAVE was at Travis's house the week before he was murdered. He stayed there with Travis doing some kind of work. TRAVIS NEVER MENTIONED THIS GUN that our little miss claimed was there. Not to mention that she told Det. FLores that "Travis did not own a gun.....AND I WOULD KNOW"

Sheesh.....can they get any dumber?????

The judge agreed to it when it was discussed this morning when Martinez brought it up.

Again, from a juror's perspective... did Travis own a gun or no? Just because one of his "friends" will testify he didn't, doesn't mean he didn't.

The sad thing is Travis is not here to confirm this.

I think the DT wanted the Huges out of the trial and this was their way to accomplish that. I fault the Hughes for that.

What? She was only a secret in her demented mind.

He hadnt even seen her since she moved away.

Wish to hell she had stayed away for good but like a bad penny she always showed back up.

What would tinker in my mind if I was a juror is how she lies about everything............everything.............everything.

IMO

(Hypothetical)...
Jodi Arias, "I swear, with god as my witness, ....oh wait I don't know if I can call him as a witness.....uhhh..I'm not sure, my,uhh, my mind is unsure...could we, like, maybe subpoena Him?....."

the only one claiming Travis owned a gun is a proven liar, and has a reason to lie about it.

Lets pretend he did own this gun....where is the ammo for it? Any intelligent person/juror will see this is ridiculas. imo
