I guess I don't understand....
does JA "win" because she hasn't broken down crying or started screaming?
Does she get bonus points because she hasn't confessed to premeditating the murder?
Does she deserve a pat on the back because she hasn't admitted that everything she says is a lie to benefit herself?
Does she deserve kudos for her defiance against the prosecutor who is doing HIS JOB by her avoiding his questions at all costs?
Does Juan's style (perhaps not appealing to some) change the facts of this case or change her behavior -- do they change her guilt or innocence?
Is she less calculating and cold-hearted because some people are confused or dissatisfied by Juan's style?
Just wondering.
She wins if the jury tunes out. If they stop listening, they don't hear all the subtle pearls that JM is attempting to get out there. She wins if the focus becomes her and not Travis and if the jury starts to sympathize with her.
Thats all I'm saying.
