Why is the person on NG so confused with the actual shooting story? Says Jodi shot Travis and his body was on hers and then she got up and ran for a gun...WHAT! Ah, makes no sense.

One thing I do know Juan has to do is get the premeditation in and believed. Catching Travis unaware must be stressed to jurors. Please make sure the brutal steps Jodi took in the killing of Travis are ingrained in everyone's minds. The crimes must be enacted or shown visually with the number of stabs counted including how tragically cruel this was for Travis to be killed literally 3 times.

Yes, I watched her count down the stab wounds. IMO she counted too fast but it still took about 20 seconds. I think JM should bring in a dummy to stab, take a long knife and physically stab all twenty-nine times, slice the throat of the dummy, then drag the heavy dummy the same distance Jodi dragged Travis, then finish with pulling the trigger on a pistol pointed at the head of the dummy....and time it.

It has always bothered me: if JA premeditated, why did she choose to have sex with TA and photograph them both just before she killed him since that could end up incriminating her? Today it occurred to me that she may have planned it to be a murder-suicide, a way to bond them together forever in death so of course she would want to have sex with him one last time and memorialize it so everyone would finally know the true nature of their relationship (something he always hid from the world). The problem occurred when it was so difficult to kill Travis, and the cut to her hand probably "stung" (like the supposed razor cut in prison) and she couldn't go through with the suicide. Then she realized she had to try to get rid of the pictures.... etc. Doesn't explain the gas cans though!

I regret not snooping on a guy - I would have found out a lot sooner that HE WAS MARRIED.

Not saying you weren't AT ALL - but such a situation is a good reason for why being cautious and careful (within reason) before getting involved is always a good idea. Still, one can't prevent everything. Life is risky.

I'm so sorry that happened to you. What if you had snooped on a guy you really adored and found out he was squeaky clean. You'd be the bad guy and (if it were me) that would cause a lot of guilt I wouldn't want to carry around. If he ever found out (people find things out eventually, it seems) the trust - and relationship would be severely damaged. Possibly irreparably.

I would have loved to have found out that the guy I was married to wasn't cheating even before we were married - but there aren't any guarantees.

Snooping doesn't fix a bad or false relationship. I absolutely understand your point, but I can't condone snooping. I like to be able to sleep at night. I have to admit - your scenario is a tough one for this issue... because reflexively I wanted to say, of course you're right! But I can't. If I were suspicious I would do everything I felt ethically comfortable with to figure something out.

Jodi Arias is still presumed not guilty in the eyes of the law. The notion that she should have three moderate meals a day during the most stressful event of her life is not an extreme one. Jeeze!

HERES the problem tho, her jail provides her with two meals a day and she is to bring that sack lunch with her.. whether she chooses to eat it or not is her problem..but to use that as an excuse is BS IMO..the jail is providing her, her two meals, period.

I do not see him being aggressive enough, he is so petty, it is like watching two females in a catfight. Juan is going down on Jodi's level, heck Jodi is even wearing the pants, probably not a good idea for her. But Juan should stick to major points and not discussing different colors of blue.

And when he goes more aggressive Nurmi objects and it gets sustained. I have seen it several times already. And he is hitting major points-she's a stalker that started young and she enjoyed the so-called abusive sex for instance. Those were major parts of her defense for killing him...that he is abusive.

Not all "murderers" get the Death Penalty. There are many people who lose loved ones to heinous murders. Do their murderers die? No. I understand the pain this has caused to his family, but putting her to death with not bring Travis back.

From what I've been reading, it sounds like the defense made excuses to end the day because JA was losing it and blowing her defense - they need to regroup her and hope she follows the script tomorrow.

Hate to disagree with you lil_buddy (I usually don't!)...

I think snooping is absolutely toxic to any relationship (including looking in medicine cabinets of friends, etc.)

If you snoop and find something hurtful or secret - you're either stuck with that knowledge or you have to come out with it, proving you're a snoop... so either way - game over. It destroys trust. Period.

If I don't trust someone, I keep my distance. If I'm concerned about my partner - I ask openly. I found out my ex was an obsessive cheater because he left evidence in plain sight. Multiple times. Denied everything.

I have lived with my current housemate for years - I have never looked at his phone, computer (I look away from computer screens unless invited by the person using it to see something), opened any of his office or bedroom drawers...

I believe in simple respect for privacy and manners. And I expect the same back.

I read a post earlier/yesterday in which someone commented that "all women snoop" and that really got me a little frosted.

It is so unhealthy and so disrespectful of the person being snooped on.

When it comes to kids - I made it clear that if they ever gave me a valid reason to snoop on them - in any manner I chose, then I would - and it would be a consequence of their behaviour, thus my concern for their safety or health or whatever. Sometimes their honesty has been unexpectedly difficult, but far better than the alternative.

That's my view, anyway... I know lots of people disagree with me - that's fine as long as they don't snoop on anyone in my world.

Are you a transplanted Canuck . I notice you spell "behaviour" the Canadian way. I hope you don't take offense to my comment, it's just that I'm a fellow Canuck so I pick up on those things. Spell check doesn't like the Canadian spellings so I usually correct it to the US spelling .

My thoughts exactly. The migraine was feigned in order to get her off the stand for the day and "regroup".

Her lack of food caused the headache? For someone who kept receipts of practically everything purchased on her road trip, I recall only one stop for food. She obviously doesn't eat a lot.

The friend of TA's that JA threw under the bus today saying there were inappropriate emails between she and TA and the other woman was married. Well she's been on HN today and NG and I bet she contacted the pros and they want to call her in rebuttal. They have to tell the court asap when there's something new coming up.

Seems the def contacted this woman a couple of years ago and wanted to paint TA as a wild womanizer and she would NOT go along with it. Yeah, sure, JA didn't want to cause her problems. NOT!

She's a trouble maker.

Holy cow! There are tons of talking heads talking serious carp about JM! Wow, just wow. I'm not an attorney, but I didn't expect so many to be SO critical of him.

I mentioned this earlier: On IS this morning Jean Casarez and her folks were all talking about how badly JM was doing, how he was wrong, wrong, wrong. Then I switched to HLN and Vinnie Politano. All HIS folks were saying the opposite, that Jodi was digging her own grave -- and one of them was Jean Casarez! :waitasec:
