The DVD's get 're-wound' and replayed automatically if Juan has left them in the player. I assume it's only going out on live feed as I never see/hear the courtroom attendees react when it's happening, and only someone present would know for sure.

It looks today like the A/V guys also record that 'press pool' live feed and were doing something with it awhile ago.

In fact, now it's frozen on JM.

I want to know that. I want to know if they are just callous individuals doing that for money.

I know what most say "everyone is entitled to a defense"

I hear that.. This is not a defense, this is a giant disgusting lie to get her out of charges.

A good Defense was "I hated him, I was mad, I couldn't see straight so i plotted his murder.. Can I have life and not death? PLEASE!!"

Those were REAL tears from REAL emotion. She can't handle being confronted with what she did. It's the guilt that makes her cry.

I think they are real tears but they're from frustration... she has no way to redirect or avoid this... she is no longer in charge and she knows it... I also think she's too prideful to let the jury see for lack of control of the situation. JMO

The camera eventually fell to the ground. Everything else is speculation. I have my own theories about it.

Me too. She coaxes him into the photo shoot. She was dressed and ready to go and he was clothed as well. Gets him to shave. Gets him in the shower. Gets him to sit. Begins stabbing. Possibly the camera falls in a struggle. Continues stabbing. Maybe gets injured in the attack. All of this happens in a matter of two minutes. He makes it to the sink. She continues stabbing. He falls to the ground. God only know what horrible things she was saying to him when this is going on. He is mortally wounded and prone. She picks up the camera...maybe thinking he was dead. He is still alive. She drags him to the shower and slits his throat. Somewhere in there she shoots him.

I am so nervous. She needs to be found guilty and put to death.

EXACTLY!!! she was begging to see the photos in the interrogation. she asked to see them over and over again. The first thing he should ask her when he comes back is Ma'm do you remember your interrogation with detective flores when you asked over and over again to see the photos of Travis Alexander dead because you had a morbid curiosity???? if she says no play the tape and then come back to the photo again. she was not disturbed by those photos.

Love the idea!!!!!!!!!! I am doing a Rocky Horror picture show moment.... AN TI CI PA TION!!!! (I would post, but might get ANOTHER slap from the mods as it doesn't relate to trial.....so will refrain) :blushing:

As anxious as I was for this cross-examination...I'm looking forward to hearing the jury's questions. That will give us a better idea of what they are thinking. Unfortunately, I can foresee her going on and on with her oral diarrhea. *sigh*

He bungled heavily early this morning with his "shower shoot" questioning. Jodi was right and Juan was WRONG. Fact. She was indeed talking about a different photo shoot. And the thing is, it was totally unnecessary for Juan to beat this horse. Jodi was already willing to admit that she convinced him the second time too just that he needed less convincing, which she later acknowledged.
