I wish Juan would have brought in an exact replica of the shelves and lets see her crawl up to the top and reach in the corner.

Anybody in their right mind knows that at least one hand would have to be on the shelf so you dont fall backwards and then at least 1 foot on probably step 2 or step 3.

I bet she would have had difficulty even reaching to that corner.

IMO, Juan has got to ask her the about WHY she thought an unloaded gun would stop Travis, as her story goes? He told her it was unloaded, she has said she thought it was unloaded.

yes, she caught him so off guard he did not even realize she was the one killing him. That is how it shows he had no idea she was a raving lunatic killer.

Petite? She's 5'6" and he was between 5'8" and 5'9". He wasn't that much taller than she was. She is fit and per Ryan's testimony, stronger than she looks. If she stabbed him in the heart first, he would have been dazed, in pain and spitting up blood. He wouldn't have been able to fight back, just attempting to get away from her and he probably would have been staggering, not running.

OT I am so sick of looking at that danged seal and sadly in a few months (hopefully) I will be spending another couple of weeks staring at it during the Jerice Hunter trial if I am lucky enough and it is televised.
