He deleted it. I saw it when it was posted. On The State vs Jodi Arias ~ Travis Alexander murder trial FB page there was a poll question there about why Jodi recorded the phone call. One of the responses was "To send to future girlfriends." When you answered the poll question it published your answer to your FB page. He had the answer up there for a few days. I guess his family asked him to remove it.

It got half of the fridge cleaned while listening to HLN. They were discussing the case with some comments about the jury probably getting bored with Jodi's ongoing testiphony. I think that most here agree with this, and I hope Nurmi wraps things up with the defendant sooner rather than later.

They replayed the segment when Jodi said that she was torn about moving away from Travis because without her around for sex, he might resort to choosing boys for sexual gratification. Jodi is so judgmental of others' behaviors but in classic Borderline fashion never thinks that she is wrong about anything or that she has flaws. :moo:

On my coffee break and heard that last part too. She was anxious out of pure concern for his well being. She was having sex w him so he wouldn't pursue little boys. Really she and Nurmi have no limits. What's next? She'll blame Travis for Caylee Anthony's death and wrap him in to a pedophile scheme there? Sick @&:$(@!

You are probably right Nurse. I wonder if we will finally see MM since the door has been opened about his guns. Can the pros call any witness back say DB as well as MM re: their guns? I know at this point, only the judge can decide if JM gets another go at her for the new stuff, but will Juan have a chance to do any rebuttal using DB MM?

We all know she just wanted to be able to keep tabs on him and stalk him, had nothing to do with him being a pedo. Which I can't believe she expects us to believe that line off bull.

Minor4th, if you're still here, is it possible that Jodi is insisting that those journal entries be brought in even if Nurmi & Wilmott says it's a mistake? I would think, for example, who just tell your client no way. Do you think the attorneys are that nuts, or stupid, or self-delusional? Or would that be the basis of appeal if Jodi said she wanted to bring in the journal and Nurmi wouldn't let her?

we don't know everything going on with matt. we DO know he was in it up to his eyeballs with those phony letters. JM alluded to him a few times and nurmi has too, and jodi's made a point to throw him under the proverbial bus on several occasions. i think it's fair to wonder if he may yet play a role in this trial----but it will NOT be for the defense if he does.

Matt didn't start going under the bus until JM asked her about Matt betraying her after he introduced the magazines. Wonder what else she will blame him for before she is finished on the stand. jmo

IIRC DB's sister said she didn't know JA was coming in to town. Said JA didn't try to contact her. I am remembering this from comments she made on the Justice for Travis FB page.

JA's diatribe on all the guns she knew about reinforces one thing to me:

JA snooped on everyone obsessively. She didn't know if she could "get" DB's gun, but she knew where it was (in June of 2008? How long had it been since she lived with him? Did he update her about his gun? Sounds like he kept his gun secure. Good thinking, DB). <--eta

She knew where her dad's guns were, the type/caliber of the guns, their being unregistered, had a silencer, where each was (when did she live with her dad last? Age 17?) ... and so on. She knew *so much* about everyone's guns...

Why is it that EVERY single example of TA's supposed violent temper that JA comes up with have never been witnessed by anyone but her? That is one of the reasons (among many) that I do not believe a single word in any of her stories about how abusive TA was. That doesn't seem right. Many, many abusers show cracks in their facade at one time or another in public to people other than just their victims.
