Imp she tortured Travis long before she murdered him 3 times

Wishful thinking on my part that if the jury won't look at Jodi, this means they are leaning towards guilty. During the KC trial, I remember talking heads saying the jury didn't really look at KC. But after mere hours of deliberation, they walked her right out of there!

I haven't totally lost my faith in juries, but I will never again believe their facial expressions, looking at the defendant or lack of, means a darn thing.

IMO

Jean is totally excited about the spidey undies.....guess that excuses murder. Gag

I have to say I lost all respect for Jean during the CA trial especially after it was over.

When she's on TV I often put her on mute.

the guest TH just said the same thing I've been saying all along. This trial is not about guilt/not. It's about the degree of guilt she will be found guilty of. Will Jodi get life or death?

Jodi is GUILTY of murdering Travis. That's a given.

:furious:

Jodi shakes when TA mad at her 1000 miles away...why isnt she shaking being on trial for her life? Maybe we will see a sample of the chihuahua shake when JM cross examines her.

Why doesn't the judge pull Nurmi aside and say; I know what your doing. Your giving her the answers so after the objection she has the answer. STOP IT!!

299 guests??? :waitasec:

It's not a pain to join. The emus are friendly.

Oh and I am especially getting p.o.'d at Nurmi when his LEADING question is objected to and then Nurmin YELLS in a smart a** way the question....

IMO Juan is doing great today by objecting to much of this garbage. It makes it very hard to follow the flow...if you can call it that...that Nurmi is trying to achieve. I seriously don't know the point of any of this bull carp.

ITA and the difference between Nurms and Juan in direct will be so significant for the jury. IMO whether Juan is extremely aggressive with JA at times or not, his style is so much more effective in this case. He is to the point, no filler, no "fluff", blunt. ESPECIALLY after weeks of Nurmi's slow irrelevant drivel and JA's pointless narrations, I'm guessing the jury will welcome what Juan is going to do.

There's no comparision.

The obvious is that she SHAKES from RAGE. Not Fear.

I have full faith in this jury. There is nothing to indicate they are like the Florida jury.

No disrespect to emus intended but they taste awful. Not even Hellimans, mustard, ketsup, etc. would help. I had a little taste at the Eastern States in Mass. years ago when they were giving out samples. They make better pets. Forgive me Dan. It was a slip and I'll never do it again.

That doesn't mean it's ok to murder......

your correct, but I didn't say anywhere in my post that it was ok to murder him because clearly it is not.

IMO, they both used each other and because of that one person is dead and the other will hopefully be on DR.

I don't blame Travis in the least for being rude to her in these text messages. She asked for it with her obsessive behavior- she wouldn't leave him alone! And he had her number- he was beginning to figure out that she was a manipulative liar and told her so! She didn't take a hint. She's extremely passive-aggressive.

But, remember the jurors said they did NOT like KC and and they thought she did something to Caylee but they didn't know WHAT, HOW, or WHY.

Big difference.

Two things seem indisputable to me.

1. Travis was onto her and was furious about it (what I would call a normal response to he'd been subjected). Who wouldn't be angry??

2. JA is a seriously, dangerously obsessed, childish, selfish, jealous, vandalizing, stealing, document forging, disturbing email/cell sneak/snoop, violent creep who takes no responsibility (texts misdirected. Sorry. No) who played sick games and manipulated things/people to:

- get what she wanted,
- be the center of attention,
- teach someone a 'lesson',
- make someone jealous,
- ruin others' relationships,
- get revenge and really hurt people if she felt slighted or neglected.
- make it appear as though she was always and only the one put-upon, victimized, etc.
- pretend to be a little soft-spoken waif. :puke:

By the time Juan gets through cross examining her the jury will want to put her on death row where she belongs.
