She's very nervous now. Getting into the lies that can be easily exposed and testimony that can hurt her.

She's having trouble keeping the lies straight.

She had no gun? Where did she get a gun to shoot Travis with? Did I miss something?

Oh, now Gus again- I'm telling ya... there is more to the Gus story than meets the eye.

The rental guy could have gotten it wrong but it's not such a big deal if he did - It would be just about the only thing that they could latch onto.

that's what the plan is, i'm sure. just claim he's wrong and let them decide. it does add to premeditation though, IMO. and i've never been sure that guy WASN'T wrong. doesn't change anything for me.

She didn't need drugs to do what she did. She is pure evil.

No gun or knife!

:waitasec::waitasec::waitasec::waitasec: HUM

Can't wait to hear where the gun and knife came from,
my guess going to say TA had them in his room and threaten her with them:furious:

Does anyone know why Nurmi is doing the questioning and not JW?

I don't think that's really correct. If Travis had been killed as she attempted to or was stealing the gun, that would fit, I think.

Felony murder was designed to make sure criminals were accountable for deaths occurring as an indirect result of the commission of a dangerous crime. Like if one person accompanies another to a robbery and engages in the robbery, but does not intend to kill anyone, however their accomplice (unbeknownst to them), does, and does kill someone, the criminal who committed robbery but did not intend to kill nor knew their accomplice was going to, that first person can be convicted of felony murder.

Well......so if she used the gun to kill Travis, and then she took it with her, she still STOLE a gun......right?

IIRC felony murder is on the table in this trial, do you know what that refers to, if i am mistaken? Thanks

Oh my god Nurmi, "did the Gordon Hinkley conversation lead to phone sex?"

Even I am offended by that and I am no longer Mormon!

Was suppose to meet Gus in San Jose, but didn't. She says she was on the phone all night into the early morning hours of June 2, 2008. She and Travis were talking about Gordon Hickley, a leader of the church who had died sometime.

Travis knew she was going to Utah.

So if she had no gun or knife with her and Travis was last seen alive sitting in the bottom of his shower, naked, he couldn't possibly have the gun or knife... And we have his actions before that documented for almost 10 minutes prior, no gun or knife.. So if it is self defense somehow the gun and knife would have to be in the bathroom for it to be self defense or else she could have fled from the bathroom if somehow, naked sitting in the shower he attacked her. Makes no sense. She disgusts me thoroughly.

She stayed up all night talking to Travis? Do TS's phone records show he spoke to her all night?
