We are establishing JAs pattern of stalking and thinking she is in committed relationship long past the time when she has been dumped. With a psychopath it doesn't matter if someone is gay, purple, stupid, or mean. It only matters that everyone have something inherently 'wrong' with them and are imperfect according to definitions written by the psychopath. They feel good by putting other people down for any conceivable reason. Hypercritical but hypersensitive. Nothing is, or can be, wrong with them.

Criticizing others makes the psychopath more certain of their own perfection.

I truly believe that once the jury is shown the crime scene photos again by JM and the extreme viciousness of it is stressed and drilled, not one juror is going to be feeling sorry for JA - especially if she continues her snarky behavior.
