I think it is important for Jodi to win the battle, the battle with the prosecutor, so she spars with him and has cute repartee with him. However, since this is a war, that is what she will ultimately lose: the war to save her life; but you see she cannot help herself. she has to try and get one up on Juan or she feels diminished. she can't stand feeling diminished and like the "defendant killer", so she tries to be his equal but it isn't working and it won't work. Those moronic talking heads are so stupid; they don't get it either.

They are a disappointment, aren't they? I am losing more respect for them by the minute. Beginning to think there may be some unknown side effects to all that plastic surgery they subject themselves to. Who knows, maybe it's toxic and sucks out some of their intelligence, lol. :dunno:

I did hear her say things like "it appears to say" and other such statements which was her way of saying, "of course I did not write that". She tried really hard to get her denial in there but JM cut her off.

Yes!!! That was it. We was sitting here watching the trial online and when she said that my sons gf and I were just floored. OMG she sounded so much like an immature teenager with her first crush. But that is part of her delusional mentality. It just really showed how totally obsessed she was with Travis and having him!!

I've heard morticians (one of them being Ask A Mortician on YouTube) and people who work with the deceased attest that the smell of human decomposition is actually quite sweet, that once you smell it you will never forget it and always recognize it but it isn't what you would assume it is.

I have smelled a dead body before but I would definitely not call it a sweet smell especially once decomposition begins. It is a smell that the brain like "instantly recognizes" even if you had never smelled it before because you have no doubt that you are smelling death, and you NEVER forget that smell. I don't know that I explained it very well.

Ok...since when can a convict visit a prisoner in jail? I know they have strict laws about that for prisons...not true for jails? I would think she'd be in some kind of trouble for agreeing to do JA's dirty work.

Did anyone catch who turned those magazines that she passed to Ann Campbell in to the Prosecutor? Did Ann do that? And is Donovan a guy or a gal....and I really don't mean that in a nasty way. I just can't tell :blushing:.

She is not coming off as a woman who has been abused, who is meek, fearful, etc..... To me she comes off as arrogant, combattive, smug, argumentative, etc.... And her smiling and smirking just makes it worse. This is not how I would perceive a battered and abused woman who killed her boyfriend in self defense to act.

If the jury is seeing what we are seeing this 'version' of JA is not in her favor. And unfortunately for her she sees this as a battle to be won with JM, but yet she doesn't realize she is going about it the wrong way.

I have never smelt human decomposition but lizards use to die just outside the house. I would immediately know to start looking because it would stay for days. So if a lizard smelt that bad I can't begin to think what a human would smell like. I hope I never have to experience that.

If this is a true quote and Arias really said that, then that also proves it was not a self-defense killing. In self-defense you wouldn't ever believe you should be in prison. If Arias is saying she should be in prison (and we're talking life, for the most part), then that's a very big tell!
