I think that the defense attorney dropped by the closest Goodwill store and bought the largest jacket she could find for JA to wear in the courtroom.

right out of casey anthonys attys handbook. Small chair and big and baggy clothes (and glasses).

Magical bullet, avoids passing thru brain matter!

I was about screaming at the Defense Atty. Where does she think brain matter exists?

At least her hair looked clean today.

We went from a hot as all get-out ME to a cute as a button ballistics expert. Who would have thought...

I don't know about y'all, and maybe it's my sinus infection, but today's testimony exhausted me. It was very, very good testimony, though. Well, if you're on the prosecution's side.

I think all they care about is saving her life. LWOP is the goal. IMO

Crud. If hubby notices Dr. Horn he might begin questioning why I watch trials. Time to start compiling my own defense strategy!

My Lord, this judge likes her long lies and early finishes!!

Absolutely clear. it was a cassette recorder, but not sure if digital or not. Could actually see the rings in the window of the tape. I can not believe they did that!

Wow! No effort to hide it or anything? We'll have to look for it tomorrow. I'm shocked anyone would risk doing something like that, unless we're missing some exception which I doubt.

I want to see the video toward the end of the trial just before the last break. the hand off of the tape recorder is clearly shown. Looked like it was located toward the floor in front of the woman seated directly next to the man. He put it inside the right flap of his coat. Clear as day!

I also noticed that while her attorney was at the sidebar it looked as if JA was going through pages on the computer. Could it be that she was reviewing the photos?? jmo

I don't understand the perceived problem.

Camera was focused directly on the man and woman when she reached down and picked it up and handed it to the man. It was a fair close up too!
