I don't care if she has to pig tails, she will never look like an innocent to me.

I think she looks ridiculous, like she's trying too hard to prove she's not some sort of vixen.

the guy is not prepared... cannot even find the date he received the camera..

he is an expert witness and should be better prepared imhoo

  • #363
so he looked at Arias'
hard drive
helio ocean phone
her camera

(so far)

This is the same guy who said the hard drive came with a bag of parts. I'm thinking this was a portable drive that "might" have been broken. She says
TA threw something in the office that was computer related.

Wuddup widdat???

I find it incredible that there's no forensic tools to extract information directly from a helio phone

Would he be able to determine what cell # the phone sex recording came from with this Helio? Meaning the number other than JA's? Which still doesn't prove it was Travis, but only his number. And still can't substantiate it's his voice.

FYI: The reason behind the tiny, fluffy little hairholder - that's the only kind they are allowed, as there is no metal in it. They are super fluffy and similar to ones I wore as a kid in the 80s. Not allowed the typical ones in use nowadays.

Source: I work in Cook County and have interaction w/ inmates on a regular basis.

Is this the same phone that they questioned the prosecution witness about? the one where she asked the witness (sorry can't remember his name) if there was a reason why he didn't take pictures? (he said it would take months to do so)

Seems this guy actually did do that!

gus....

The feds? I think this guy watches too many crime dramas. ;)

I honestly don't want to hear the recordings. Will someone please please inform me when they are over? I'd be happy to read transcripts so if anyone could transcribe that would be great.

Don't worry yet. Who knows if the judge will even allow the recordings?

Jodi has the deadest looking eyes I've ever seen.

That's fraud and not innocent. They are putting it up for sale with a huge price tag claiming it was done by Jodi. I hope they get nailed for it. If they would do that I doubt 80% would end up going to the church. jmo

With all due respect Lamb Chop and I am an art dealer here myself *I would not personally sell any of her work or any work invovled with a crime, especially at the time of the trial*

If you look at the listing it says Travis Alexander by Jodi Arias in the title, nowhere else does it claim to be a 100% authentic JA painting. Titles in paintings are not an accurate statement of fact, they are whatever the artist chooses to call them.

The title is misleading, yes. But technically it is not fraud. In the listings at the bottom it does not claim to be by her.

Look, I don't agree with this painting, I think it is in incredibly poor taste, but I can't claim to know the motivation behind the person listing when I don't know them, I suggested a possible reason. Moo suggested another, which was a really good point.

But I don't think it is fraud, I really don't. Misleading probably deliberately.

As far as the cost goes, yes I think they have set it to current interest standards, but IMO I am sometimes amazed at the unrealistic expectations people have in regard to the asking prices of their work!

It's kind of entertaining watching the various shades of red his face is turning.

Joining you guys for the first time today.

Is that ponytail supposed to make her look all innocent? Geez...

:newhere: also.

I wonder if Gus Searcy also paid for the monthly service for the Helio Ocean cell phone that he gave Jodi?

They did do it in 2010 when the technology became available. Looks like this guy just took photos of them instead when he got the camera after then.

imo

I get the distinct impression that this dude is really self impressed and likes to hear the sound of his own voice.

Don't they need someone to testify that it is in fact Travis' voice on the recording?

Good point - how do we know that it's Travis. Someone has to testify to that (just like the manly parts). All Juan has to say is "do you know who that voice belongs to)?

MOO

What difference is all this stuff? I don't care if they have video of the two having se*. It has nothing to do with how he was murdered!

IMHO, IF I were on this jury, I'd be even more sympathetic towards the victim than I already am.

He's dead and can't defend himself and this chick is free, along with her defense team, to tell his every little secret.

IMHO, it's a disgusting display of voyerism. (sp?)

The computer examiner is checking his digital records. Checked a Cannon camera January 15, 2013.
