It sounds like Jodi got her hands on a copy of 50 Shades of Grey because that 'story' is exactly the type of thing the fictional character Christian Grey would do. In fact, it is so similar that I would find it very hard to believe that it wasn't an idea she got from the book.

Most of the people on the jury are men (from what I understand) so they won't make the connection. Every man I know has cringed and run away at the very mention of the book. LOL

FINALLY. The forensic witness was forced to identify the "damaged" hard drive as belonging to Jodi. This is not the laptop belonging to Travis with the youtube searches, but presumably the other internal drive. The drive that I believe the penis pictures came from.

So that speculation is cleared up.

I figured pros wouldn't let that vagueness from Last week prevail.

I believe the pictures that Juan just showed him, were not the penis pics. They are probably pictures that the Prosection has from that same hard drive because Juan made the comment 'can I ask him a question so I don't have to recall him later' right before. JMO

ITA. It seems more than silly, though, it seems like a big mistake, if they are trying to claim that TA made her wear that against her will.

If he was called to testify as to what was on the computer he should know WHAT was on the computer! He was guessing as to what harder, faster, etc was.

It wasn't on the computer!

It's like asking a librarian to look up a book for you and then getting mad they didn't read it for you as well. It's not his job to investigate outside of the scope of forensically analyzing computers and like devices.
