After watching that I realize she's even SICKIER than I thought!!! "I knew it'd be on the internet" ..... WHO THINKS THAT WHEN THEY ARE GETTING BOOKED FOR MURDER!!! Aye yi yi ~ she's giving me more grey hair!!

I know! Who asks to put on make-up before they are arrested? Powdering my nose would be the least of my concerns. I'd be wetting my pants.

My memory is they were still on direct examination when Juan asked to voir dire the witness and stated his objection to the admission based on relevancy then they had a sidebar and we came back up live and the jury was sent home for the day without us knowing how that was ruled.

(Okay, that was a run on sentence - but you get the point, right? LOL)

I wish Prosecution would ask if there is a way to tell who the drive belonged to!

I have been through two threads with the same thought in mind. Was the tub o lube found at Travis's? Any "soft rope? Why would Jodi clean up and take any "rope" with her? That would only help her statement. Did any of Travis's hand towels have tassels? If Jodi had used one of the pillows then there should of been some of the stuffing from it when she fired the gun. Just a thought and observation.

BBM - To remove from the crime scene JA's DNA, fingerprints, skin cells - though I'm not convinced the bondage rope existed. JMO

I can only go by my own life experiences but I have found that to be so true as well. I am sure there are exceptions when the person just doesnt like human beings period and prefers animals in their life instead.

On the flip side, I know when my animals don't like someone to run like a bat outta' he//!!! They can sense that kind of thing!

I do put a lot of stock in how a man treats his mother and his whole family, for that matter. It will tell you soooo much about a man.

I totally agree re Juan Martinez. He's just perfect for this case.

They are talking about Travis family having to hear his voice on the recording today. I'm remembering my answering machine tapes being played while I was on the stand in my sister's trial and having to hear her voice in there and one with her saying "Katie Katie Katie Katie..." Over and over super fast. Seeing my actual name is Kathy and no one knew she called me Katie (katiecoolady was her nickname for me) it got transcribed "kitty kitty kitty kitty" and I had to clarify that on the stand. Weird. But just her voice in there.....sigh.....

Katie... there is so much that we never even think about, like this story, that really hits home the depth of the loss, and such seemingly mundane moments that are packed full of a lifetime of love and friendship between family members.

I think it is so fitting that her nick-name for you is your avatar. Thank you for sharing that story.

When I heard Tanisha say on the video with Beth that she went nuts at hearing Travis was dead, it was the first time during this entire trial that I really contemplated what it would feel like to get this news about one of my own siblings, and it shook me to my core.

I hope I never have to know what it is you have had to live through. Sorry just isn't enough... but I am.

Awwww, my heart goes out to you Katie. That must have been unimaginably painful.

Maybe TA's family will go out of the courtroom if that tape gets played. That would just be so awful to hear.
