Car rental guy ( in court) said she was blonde when she rented car. When shown a photo line-up (in Yreka) he picked out Jodi and said 'that's her but she had blonde hair'.

The T-shirt pic was on her camera?

Yes, it was taken in July, 2008 - while Travis's camera had been put through the wash cycle.

Kinda creepy isn't it. I always thought the photo was taken while Travis was alive. And who's to say she didn't have that shirt made after she killed him. I haven't heard any witnesses say they ever saw Jodi wearing that shirt prior to his murder.

How does underwear with Travis's name on it show that he was possessive? I could put my hubby's name on mine, but that doesn't show he was possessive? Especially when I"M the one that put the name there. That's just crazy!

Or she used temporary hair color that washes out. I used to do that when I played roller derby. It was pink or purple for bouts, but washed out by Monday in time to go back to work.

I think if DT wants the shirt and underwear in, they need to prove TA had them made. IMO, JA had them made.

Oh I believe Travis did have the T-shirt made. The front says 'Travis Alexander's' and the back from what I've heard says 'Be Better Blog'.

If it's the same one it was just advertising for his blog imo. Or it's something else entirely. Dunno. I read here while listening to the trial...saved my eyes some grief I tell ya.

No, not "magically", lady. Purposefully. As in she dyed her hair a few times, purposefully, to hide her identity.

It's obvious she's dyed her hair often.....platinum, brassy blond, dark brunette, brunette with blond highlights.

Again there is a woman on the jury who is very familiar with hair color...her hair is 3 colors. She will instruct the rest of them on how easy/hard this is to do. IMO

She admits she was there that day/night and killed him. So why is she concentrating on the hair dye thing when the rental agent already testified she had blond then?

Oh well, let her. IMHO, it will only reiterate to the jury how much thought and premeditation she had in this. bleaching her hair, along with renting a car and the license plate thing, then dying her hair back. Oh, and the killing was so traumatic, she went directly to another guy's to spend time with him.
